It was a family holiday, we rented a three bedroom apartment,, unfortunately there was only one designated parking for an apartment, which is a bit awkward but our host helped out and we got the information how and where to park. At check in, the information given was mostly with regard to the rules, when to leave, and how to leave apartment, when to remove the car from a parking, ect. A bit friendlier approach focused on arrival and not a departure upon arrival would help us feel more welcome, and spend more money at the property. There was a problem with heating, for first few days the bathroom and two of the three bedrooms were cold. The problem was fixed but when we made a complaint the receptionist made us feel uncomfortable as if we were being fussy and demanding.

The apparent location is good, easy accessible, and located near all basic facilities needed. Our three bedroom apartment was very spacious, clean, neat, with comfortable beds. There is a ski shop, rental and service at this facility, which is very convenient.

It was very close to the skii lift, you can slide to the lift. The door was easely opened by card. The apartment was very comfortable. There was a ski rental in the apartmenthouse. The ski supplies were great and the price was lower for the staying guests.

Final cleaning is too expensive. In four star Appartement just one big towel is not enough. Kitchen is poorly equipped with accessory, kitchen utensils were placed on the floor of the cabinet with garbage bags and some were even dirty at our arrival. There was no microwave and toaster as was written in the description. The bad pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Water pressure was very low. The surrounding, entrance and parking of the apartment house was completely icy and poorly cleared.

Location is perfect. Nicely organised living space of the property.

Pillows in the bedroom are low qulity and can be uncomfortable. Kitchen knife could be better, you will be better of with your own knife (as in most appartments).

Everything was fine!

Excellent location right next to the ski pist in town "center", with a few restaurants within 100m, as well as a small store. Very friendly and nice staff. Very nice and cozy apartment with all that one needs for a ski vacation... The elevator to the third floor was very convenient after a day full of skiing and when dragging luggage. There's a ski rental shop with nice staff within the building, which is superconvinient. It was my second stay at Speckalm, and certainly not the last one.

We were almost only guests but got the apartment without daily light in the living room and access ti fresh air in it! Let alone the view which all other rooms have. We could not regulate the heating by ourselves and the air was extremely dry, the apartment was too hot all the time, we could not sleep at night, baby got dermatitis and could not breathe. We let the staff know what is going on and they lowered the temperature, basically for price we paid, we would really appreciate change in room or at least humidifier to be provided.
