Czech RepublicThe outdoor pool was too crowded and we didn't manage to find a single chair to sit on. When I talked to somebody sitting on the lawn, it turned out they were day guests, not hotel guests. I understand that it is a way to generate more income, but it would be better if the pool were only for hotel guests during the high season in the summer.
Super friendly and helpful staff. We had a junior suite with a balcony and it was roomy and well appointed. Even though the weather was hot, the room stayed cool when we closed the windows. The breakfast was excellent too. I would stay there again.

United KingdomThe indoor pool was too hot, the coffee machine was working too hard for the number of guests.The in-room tea and coffee facilities too basic for the quality of the place. The half board dinner dishes were either excellent or trying too hard and failing. The one trout fillet on rather dry chick pea puree was sad compared chicken supreme on pea risotto. The sweet potato quiche as a starter compared to truffled steak tartare, no. But overall the quality of the ingredients was excellent and the cooking top notch, just the menu failed it.

RomaniaThis was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. - friendly staff - best breakfast: good variety between sweet and savoury, good coffee, the posibility for fresh eggs cooked for every guest was really apreciated - very new and modern facilities: spa, sauna, jacuzzi - spacious and quiet rooms with a great view of the mountains - underground parking for an extra fee or outside parking for free - hotel bar and restaurant serving some lunch options was really helpful - not very far from the restaurants and main streets in kaprun, probably a 10 min walk - a bit too far from the gondola station Maiskogelbahn, you cannot walk in ski boots that far but it’s just 3 minutes by car and the bus station is right in front of the hotel

We had a fantastic stay, especially enjoying the modern wellness area with great saunas, a whirlpool, sauna body oils, and salt cups for the steam sauna. The selection of teas added to the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was perfect, with a great variety and the option to make fresh juice. We’d definitely come back!

Everything. The Hotel is beautiful, modern decor but still cozy and nice. The room was the perfect size, with a great layout, loved the wardrobe and the Spa is perfect after a day in the snow. Nice and relaxing. And the relaxing room to read with a blanket was a delight. We loved every single day and it was a perfect holiday break. The breakfast is amazing, I could have had breakfast for 3 hours. We will for sure stay again.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations! Perfect accommodation if you want to come with your dog - there is special part of hotel where guests can stay with dogs, there are beds and bowls for your dog. Breakfast was amazing - with plenty options, it changes slighlty every day. Very nice and large wellness area, beautiful pool outside. Very calm location with a great view.

PolandI can't say I disliked something, however I have several observations: - all the staff can speak English but they prefer German. 95% of guests were from Germany or Austria (basing on vehicle registration numbers). Therefore they prefer German and it happens that they talk to you in German :) - there is no air conditioning in the rooms, however we spent couple of hot days in Kaprun (30 C degrees or morel) and our room was not getting too hot at all) - instead of shampoo, you get some organic soaps to wash. They are really OK but if you cant live without a shampoo, take your own one :)
We are quite demanding customers and we loved our stay. We had the room no 213. Its windows are facing huge meadows and mountains. There is also a creek which is whispering all the time (not too loud, but calmly). The room has everything a family needs. Separate bedroom for kids (with real door to be closed!), dressing room (wardrobe) where you can unpack all your stuff, toilet separated from bathroom and quite big living room. There's also a balcony. The hotel itself has two swimming pools (interior and exterior one), play room, saunas, adults getaways, relaxing rooms, good restaurant, jacuzzi etc. Water in the exterior pool was a bit cold (August) but it was OK to swim. Breakfast were superb. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And most of all - in second part of August Kaprun was not crowded. At all. No problems with restaurant places, no queues, which was very relaxing.
