The roads in the area are not salted which makes it little hard to go up and down in ski boots and carrying your skis and poles. I would prefer breakfast to start at 7.30am to get on the mountain when lifts start to run.

I didn't like the size of the room. the room was quite cramped and a little depressing because there is not much light in the room, and the view from the window overlooks the road leading to the parking lot, so that contributed even more to the cramped feeling.

The food was very good! Breacfast was standard, nothing spacial but tasteful. Dinner was much better. We could juse from several dishes and everything was very tasty. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is right across the ski slope, so that was a big plus.

Breakfast stays only at 08:00 ! That's toooo late for a confortable breakfast including queuing up at the buffet, because everyone goes at this time to be on time at the lift (09:00)... Breakfast should start at 07:30 at least!!!

The disadvantage is the start of breakfast at 8:00 a.m., considering that the slopes open at 9:00 a.m., so exactly at 8:00 a.m. there is a big crowd and chaos in the restaurant. It would be great if breakfast was moved at least half an hour earlier, if not an hour earlier, at least during the ski season. For the use of the wellness area, the use of towels and robes is charged

Good 3* hotel, we arrived late, after dinner was already finished, but staff served us a meal (not sandwich, real food). Nice gesture. I was in Marcius earlier, this time I liked my room better, it was spacious and cosy for me and family.

We spent 1 night at the hotel on the drive from Poland to Italy which started our holiday. That one night was enough to spoil our holiday. My husband woke up in the morning bitten. We decided it was a spider. We left around 9:00am and by 12:00 noon the bites started appearing on our bodies. They were bites from BED BUGS! My husband barely made it because he started to swell up already on the way, his body was getting hot and burning in the bite areas. On the way, we stopped at a station to disinfect our luggage, which we were bringing to this hotel. I immediately wrote to the hotel an email sending the information and the condition of our bite. The hotel ignored this. It considered us to be fraudsters. Ms Vlatka Marcius stated that room 110 where we stayed was clean. She seems to have no idea about bedbugs. During the day they may not be visible. They come out at night when they feel warm bodies. I asked her to spend the night in that room in the big bed to see if we were right. Unfortunately, no response.

espresso machine was not working at breakfast (obly some coffe machine with horible taste) and when we orderwd espresso at bar during breakfast they charged us 3,2e for one espresso!

Hotel is 200m from the slopes, excellent location for skiing. The staff is nice, atmosfere in the hotel is pleasent, rooms are big, hotel is sparkling clean, the spa area is small but enough for you to enjoy (3 saunas, relaxing room, small pool), the food is tasty and there is always plenty on the buffet, and the price is fair. We stayed unplanned extra night. We will come back for sure. Thank you for the hospitality!

The hotel is too old, nothing is really nice, except the Heineken at the bar, where also the waiter was good to talk to. All facility needs a renovation, lookong and feeling little poor.

The location for skiing was quite ok, 1 minute walk from the ski elevator.
