Lovely Austrian hotel, family very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Huge choice at buffet breakfast. Evening meal excellent. Situated just off the village square so no noise from bands that played on some of the evenings we were there.

Czech RepublicThere is no radiator in the room or bathroom (there was one in the photos in the presentation), the bathroom was most likely renovated and is nice, there is underfloor heating, which is nice, but it doesn't dry clothes (I recommend finishing an electric ladder that everyone can turn on when they need to dry clothes and towels, which won't have to be changed every day). There is a shortage of parking spaces in front of the hotel.

Staff was extremely helpful and nice, they were friendly but respectful. SPA was very well maintained, 3 saunas, super nice. Tasty breakfast. Perfect location.

Staff were wonderful, the hotel has a tremendous view and is in a great location for the town and buses to the glacier and slopes. Breakfast choice and service fantastic. Lovely balcony on front of hotel

Lovely hotel in the perfect spot, views are tremendous. The food was regional, varied and very nice, there is a children's menu with good variety also. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are excellent, very helpful and always available. The owners Peter and Daniela are very welcoming and make your stay special.

United KingdomThe owner at checking admitted the standard rooms through booking.com are not good. The hotel is tired and in need of redecoration in the rooms. the furniture is battered and sofa beds are marked and ripped in places.
