The rooms are outdated and very basic, everything works and it is clean though.

Excellent location close to the U1 metro, train station as well as bus/streetcat. The breakfast is outstanding, with several options, very well put together, attention to details and delicious.

Not much space to dry the towels and the curtains looked very old fashion, very much in contrast with everything else.

Very nice location, we walked everywhere! The hotel lobby is very nice and there are lots of coffee shops and supermarkets near by.

There is no TV in the room. The towels weren't changed they were just folded up neatly when the cleaners had come.

No water cattle and coffee provided in the room. Breakfast is good, but with 16€ overpriced. 10€ would be a fair.

First time we enter the room there was a dirty human smell in the room which was disturbing a lot. It was as if someone stayed there for a long time with no open windows. It is really not nice when you arrive first time to your room.

Price is good. Bathroom is all renovated which seems not part of rest of the hotel :) I hope rest follows the same renovation.

Great location, friendly staff, and an exceptional breakfast experience The rooms are simple and modest; no TV or air conditioning, but clean and sufficient for a short stay. The bathrooms have been recently renovated and are nice, clean. What really makes this place special is the location and the atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and the breakfast is absolutely outstanding. The dining area is thoughtfully designed, every piece of furniture and décor seems to have both a purpose and aesthetic value. It feels cozy, warm, and unique. The garden is another highlight: beautifully arranged and lush, it gives you the feeling of dining in a botanical garden rather than between apartment blocks. Overall, it’s a great choice if you're looking for a clean, peaceful place to stay with a truly memorable breakfast experience and great location.

The room itself was pretty basic and simple…looked more like hostel than hotel. There was a notification to rate the place with 5 stars for free coffee.

Easy to find and staff was very nice. I stayed only one night so it was okay. Lobby looked good.

A staff member called my room and asked to meet personally and for my contact info. I said no, but the situation made me uncomfortable. Nothing happened after, but this shouldn’t happen in a hotel environment.

The location was convenient and efficient since it’s near the trams and metro. The room is just enough for a single person and it was quite comfortable and the ceiling was great after a long sunny day.

The area has several traditional restaurants but nothing above average or offering imaginative dishes. But if you can walk 20 minutes or so you can find them.

It’s a good, no-frills hotel, convenient for the main railway station and bus station and a pleasant 2km walk or bus ride into the centre.

We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who was incredibly kind and helpful—we couldn’t be more grateful for everything she did for us, including upgrading our breakfast after a terrible experience earlier that day. We hadn’t planned to stay in Vienna, but we were so glad we ended up here. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station, and the bathroom was absolutely stunning! Highly recommend. The breakfast was generous and delicious.

Fridge in room was noisy so we had to unplug it.

Great location near the main train station but in a small side street so really quiet. Only 3 mins walk to underground station with frequent tube trains into the centre, only 3 stops. But the hotel is close to Schlossgarten Belvedere and the kiss painting, less than 10 mins walk. Really clean rooms and massive breakfast buffet. With lots of cake too! It used to be an old student accommodation block but now permanent hotel, run on ethical grounds and not for roost. Brand new bathroom and comfy beds.

The numerous flies at the buffet area. They were on the salads and fruits and cheese and that turned me off. I paid 13 Euro to hve a croissant and coffee in the end.

There is a hard floor, which in our case meant that every time our little one dropped his toys, we felt bad for whoever was in the room below. Also, we happened to visit during the hotest days. While the ceiling fan did help a lot, at times we felt it was not sufficient.

Upon arrival been to toilet when the tap/sink is clogged ,first thing first most to washed the hands,the sinked was clogged ,a bit disappointed.Then the man receptionist on duty ,little bit helpful.

It is quite regretable than nowadays all hotels are billing the breakfast as extra, also the breakfast was much too expensive. No blinds on the window made us being awake much too early. Why is it so hard to find electric or mechanical blinds out of France when it is just a simple yet very effective way to ensure perfect sleep ?

The location, near the main train station and several other transport solution was ideal. The view on the courtyard and the sound of the birds.

Great hotel. Vienna Central Station is a 10 minute walk away, bus station and metro are a 6 minute walk away. Very nice hotel staff, everyone is friendly. Simple but clean and cozy room, no air conditioning in the room, but there is a fan that works well. Breakfast is varied and very tasty, there is a nice courtyard. Definitely recommend!
