An incredibly smart apartment, cozy, clean, quiet and perfectly located near Schönbrunn palace. The nearest metro station is a two-minute walk, and from there you can explore all Vienna (city center around 5-6 metro stations). Friendly staff always ready to help your needs. Totally recommended!!

Apartment is nice, clean and cozy. Interior design was pleasant, including city themed wallpaper, few design books about Vienna and a huge TV. Additionally a little mini bar-fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine to use. Toilet and shower are clean and nice to use, toiletries to use are included. The place is located a few minutes walk from Schönbrunn Palace garden and the zoo located within and a metro station (one of the few where you can also buy tickets from), from where you can comfortably get to the city within 10-15 min by train. Also theres a few restaurants/cafes and a McDonalds right next door and a pharmacy and grocery store too. Everything in the room can be controlled by touchscreen (including the AC), the workers of the establishment can be reached any time via email or in-house system. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was amazing—very modern and exceptionally clean! There are beautiful roses in front of the building, which add a lovely touch. It’s just a 7-minute walk to Schönbrunn Gardens and the Zoo. The metro station is very close to the apartment, making it easy to reach the city center. The neighborhood is charming, with many great restaurants for both breakfast and dinner. We would like to thank our host Viktoria for the warm welcome and for making our stay so comfortable.

Our stay was truly lovely! The location is perfect — just a 1-minute walk from the U4 metro station "Hietzing", so getting around the city is really easy. Schönbrunn is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are several places to eat nearby. We stayed in the "Vie Charme" room and it was absolutely charming, indeed — the attention to detail was impressive and made us feel very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful: we needed to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was really convenient and appreciated. We would definitely come back if we visit Vienna again! ❤️

Everything as expected, I highly recommend a room with the balcony so you can enjoy your morning coffee looking at the greenery. Location is great, just next to metro station and Schonbrunn. There is a private parking which we appreciated (additionally paid).

Great stay, we should have stayd longer. Nice receptionist, he helped us with the parking. We left our car there even after check out for some time. The apartment looks beautiful and really comfortable bed and pillows. I also like the big tv with Netflix. Also the McDonalds is very close to this location.

Everything related to the room, hotel placement was great. We've stayed in Vice room and it was wonderful, very clean, i could say exceptionally. It so close to the subway on the direct line to the center of Wien. The only thing that could be improved was the private parking, in the sense it was a bit pricy and i think cheaper alternatives can be found in the parking garages nearby. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The property has stairs to the second floor, which should be noted. Although there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel and central Vienna, the hotel does not offer breakfast. The staff is lovely and helpful, easy to communicate through Booking.com but no formal reception - though the staff is extremely responsive.

Our five night stay was lovely. We liked that the hotel is located near Schönbrunn palace, you can walk to the gardens. It is also nicely connected to Hietzing station where you can get to central Vienna. We enjoyed that the hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful and accommodating for our arrival and also to leave our bags before our train connection.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and only having two extremely soft pillows leads to a hard nights sleep. I also noticed a silverfish in the bathroom.

While I'm used to the busy city environment and I didn't mind the traffic, despite the excellent soundproofing, those looking for a forest retreat should look elsewhere because outside there is very heavy traffic - cars, trucks, buses and subway - all day and all night.

A really stunning experience while just searching for a plain place to sleep. The general ambiance, furniture and thematic decorations were simply stunning and that is what makes this place not only a simple hotel, but an epic work of art. Perfectly clean, fresh, neat, nice. The integrated smart controls were exceptional, among with the endless selection of web radios. The furniture is sleek, modern, minimal and fully functional. Overall: Good location, not close to city center, but close to the subway and to the Schonbrunn gardens. Large room. New, or at least very well maintained furniture and bathroom. State-of-the art "smart home" system.

Very little. The airco software was work in progress, so it was either on or off, but no doubt that will be sorted soon.

Very friendly staff - the place is run with a limited number of people, but response to digital communication is excellent and very swift, so it still feels someone is available all the time. They were very helpful with a request to put some icepacks in the freezer (the room has a refrigerator, but no freezing compartment). Excellent English too. Modern rooms, decently furnished, the place felt like brand new - and is. The location is extremely convenient, a mere 100m from Heitzing U-bahn station (which means all Vienna's highlights can be reached within 20 minutes and one transfer, and most of it in just 10 mins without transfer). One can take a pleasant stroll in Schönbrunn park (free entrance just 200m away, with a bakery in between).

The room I stayed in could use better curtains or the option to fully close the shutters. And the option during booking(or I may have missed it) to maybe select a type of pillow you would like. In a normal hotel you could ask for it. Since this hotel is run mostly autonomous it could help with preparing the room for you in advance if you can select an option: would you like a different type of pillow. Long story maybe to tell that the pillows were a little too soft for my liking. But I still slept great.

The aesthetic of the room was very nice and clean. Good value and all the instructions and information you recieved in advance were very easy to follow. Room was nice and clean when I arrived. Nice bathroom. Also the light panel was easy to use.
