Room was great and hotel has good storage room for bicycles

Options at the "restaurant" were very limited and my room was connected to the next room by a (locked) door so I could hear everything that went on there

The employees feel like you belong to them as a family and are extremely cooperative.

Bath towels are not changed daily. Other than that, everything is excellent

It was a very nice relaxing place with a very nice staff. A lowkey surroundings where the pace is slower. We loved that. Also, the breakfast was lovely and very delicious!

We were warmly welcomed by Davor, a genuinely kind and helpful person who went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home and was always available if we needed anything. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference in our experience The hotel was perfect for our short stay in the Gastein Area in summer.

A good continental style breakfast. Clean and warm hotel, staff friendly. Great showers in room. We'd def use again.

Rooms not large, and we'd reserved one 3-bed room for two of us (just for the extra space), but didn't get it - and in fact were questioned why we wanted three when only two of us! At breakfast, sitting tables were numbered, but we never knew where we were from one day to the other... overall though, we'd go again.

The hotel is clean, renovated and close to the ski lift. There is a ski storage room with boots dryer. The room was pleasant and warm. It would be great to have kettle at the room, however we asked personnel for the hot water and had no problem with it.

The breakfast had poor variety of warm food - the only option was an omlette.

Friendly and helpful staff. We needed to leave at 4am to catch a train to Salzburg and they made us a delicious lunch pack to take with us. This was most unexpected but an extremely welcome gesture. Just an example of the way the hotel goes above and beyond expectations to make our stay enjoyable.

The reception staff is good

It was listed as a room with a balcony, but room 214 on the second floor did not have a balcony. Also, the room was next to a door at the boundary between the stairs and the guest room floor. The sound of the door opening and closing was loud both early in the morning and at night. I recommend not to be selected for this room. I think this is something the hotel should improve.

Wall heater in the shower did not work. Very cold floors in the shower room as well. Other than that all great.

A very nice and new hotel with new equipment in bathrooms. Great rural location, lots of information about what to do on the reception.

As in many other hotels there is no ventilation in rooms - in winter it's a problem.

The accomodation was in a newly reconstructed rooms. Beds were good, all you can eat breakfast. What we liked was heated ski room and possibility to buy dinner (you make reservation at the breakfast for 18 EUR main cours, soup and cake). The staff was very friendly and nice. Cleaning was daily. Rooms were spacious, well heated.

It looks revonstruction is not fully done yet, we were missing functional fridge in the room, but it seems they are working on it and should be available soon.
