While everything was pretty much perfect, one thing that I think can be improved is the opening times of the saunas. I would like them to open at the same time as the pool; having them open only in the afternoon felt a little restrictive.

This place is seriously incredible, one of the nicest places we have stayed in, with some really great facilities. The room was super cosy, clean and had a nice media setup with a projector. The breakfast is amazing; it's also on until 13:00. After that, there is a snackbar. The staff were extremely nice, and they clearly communicate with each other: we told the staff member at check-in that we were attending a wedding, and another staff member two mornings later at breakfast asked us how it went!?

There is no fridge in the room like in most hotels. Also no coffee machine or water kettle. You can't eat dinner in the hotel unless you reserve it in advance.

The design of hotel is perfect. The bed in sporty room was extra comfortable. The view from the room was spectacular. The breakfast also. Perfect. The infinity pool with the view is also stunning. Different from anything else.

It was amazing, such a vibe we loved the place. Comfy beds, fluffy bathrobes, amazing view from our room to the mountains. The breakfast was like in a 5* hotel, and I'm not exegarating. Had 2times dinner, very tasty, recommend. The staff was also very helpful and nice. We will return for sure. 😊

We did not realise the road next to the hotel from its descriptions, which did not make balconies tempting. Room toilet did not have sink for hand washing, which we found a bit akward.

The very nice vibe, great decoration a mix between Austrian style and modern vintage accents, the very nice breakfast and excellent diner but most overall the very nice team. At a 10-minutes walk of the Natrun cable lift which is offered when staying in the hotel which allows you to go up as much as you want to admire the beautiful nature.

I feel as though the room needs a main light

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, every thing was of good quality. The room had a big balcony overlooking the mountains which were a treat to wake up to. Their pool area has an amazing view of the mountains, for someone who is not a strong swimmer the pool is enjoyable not that deep and had ledges (so seamless you can’t even tell from photos) but it comes handy for those who just want to dip in the pool as opposed to properly swim. A floating breakfast is a must. I would also like to mention the quality of the food and drinks, the best food I’ve ever had. Everything is so fresh. Kudos to the staff , from receptionist to staff at the bar and I think from the owner / manager that assisted me during my floating breakfast. She made the experience even more unforgettable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. This is worth the 2.5 hrs travel from Salzburg (via public transport)

I would really appreciate to have "the morning news" distributed at breakfast in English but that's such a small thing that it really doesn't bother me :-)

I love pretty much everything about this place, starting from check-in through the whole stay, it's really wonderful experience. The breakfast is probably one of the best in the world with so many options, that you need to save at least one hour to enjoy it and don't rush your morning. Whole hotel is very well designed with plenty of places to relax or enjoy a drink with a view.
