lthe location of hotel was perfect.close to train station, bus stops and if you want to visit caves it was perfect.it is just on the coast of lake. can take ferry directly to hallstat.breakfast was also nice

Staff were really helpful and lovely. Breakfast was good. The location was an absolute Highlight. We only stayed one night but the room was comfortable and the needs of an extra bed were met.

No elevator. Useless stair ramps that too narrow for a luggage. So you’d better carry less. Empty shampoo and shower gel and hairdryer available so you’d better bring your own.

Good location with bus stop, OBB station and pier within 8min walking distance. Next to a lake park with a stunning view of Hallstatt. Room looks even better than the pics. Clean, tidy and comfy. Since I’m a big fan of wooden furnitures, all wooden furnitures with warm tone colours creates a harmonious atmosphere. Balcony with a flowery garden view gives a sense of equilibrium. Various what-to-do and how-to tourist info regarding transport types and schedules available. Just like a mini info centre. Self check in and check out and luggage storage.

There was no one at the reception whenever we went. Even between the mentioned hours. No house slippers or tooth brush or paste.

I have no complaints at all about this hotel. It is about a eight minute walk from the train station to the hotel.

Newly remodeled. Wonderful staff who greeted us and helped us throughout our stay. The room was stunning and clean with high ceilings and a great view. A lovely breakfast was served in the morning. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. They helped us to find the boat that would take us across the lake to Hallstatt and explained how to catch the bus at the end of the day back to their hotel. The staff actually went above and beyond to help us.

The matresses are stone hard 😭 we all had back problems. Could not find any heating controls, the bathroom was cold constantly while showering. Son was freezing. The breakfast was good, but the same every day. Some variety would be good - warm meats like breakfast sausage, bacon or ham would be good alongside the scrambled eggs. They could also create a DIY omelette station No restaurant. There are only two restaurant options nearby, one is overpriced and the other - the Italian pizzaria calls itself a bowling alley but they removed the bowling alley so false advertising....and the food - was mediocre at best. Do not order the pizza, its by far the worst pizza ive had in my life. Completely flavourless other than salt They have enough space to provide vending machines for food and drinks. There was one vending machine which offered next to nothing. It was basically empty the whole stay and not refilled. They should have a mini-store like the neighbor resort and offer up food for dinner even if it is just a few options as there isn't much around.

The views, family room was new, however could not find controls for heating and the bathroom was cold. Facilities - pool, table tennis, fooseball and badminton rackets to use free of charge which is great. Right by the lake and lake park which is perfect for kids

The bed wasn't designed for tall people. My foot was out of the end edge of the bed. But still wasnt a big issue

The location from Vienna was really straight forward. We paid 12 Euroesfor the parking space and it worth it they let us to left the car there in the check out day till 3pm. You can get into the hallstadt city by boat with 17 Euroes from thre or by car(sometimes is quit busy), and even option by bike.

Decent breakfast, very good staff and nice room. Value for what you pay. Near to bus stop but I went in a car and had paid parking at the hotel. There is excellent Pizzeria near by. If you are planning to travel by car then make sure you move out of the hotel max by 9:15 Am so that you get parking spot in Halstatt city centre parking (P2).

Super clean, big spacious rooms with equipped bathrooms. Brilliant location perfect for a peaceful stay just a 8-9 mins bus journey from Hallstatt. Bus station is a 3-4 min walk. Would recommend this to everyone

Beautiful location with a beach and fun water toys for the kids. Very generous breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms and right in front of the ferry to Hallstatt!
