Buffet breakfast was really good. Rooms spacious and good bed. Hotel is a short walk from the center of the village but it takes only 5-10 min. It is located next to railroad tracks which did not bother during my stay there since it was under maintenance work and no traffic noise.

An outstanding hotel with great attention to detail. Located within walking distance to the centre. Large room with a balcony, spacious bathroom, plenty of storage space. Half-board option with superb choices both for breakfast/ dinner, including fantastic glutenfree and lactofree options. Pool, games room and afternoon tea/coffe and cake and nice bonus.

The pool area is nice, but kind of small. We had several very hot weather days and the room did get quite warm. It cooled down with the windows open at night, so it was not a problem for us.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Hotel was very child-friendly with a sleeping cot available, baby chairs in the restaurant and kids playroom. Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating with the baby, which was so amazing! There were also several optional activities/events happening during our stay at the hotel (live music, groups walks, etc.), which were a good addition to the holiday.

Reception staff were very unfriendly which was unexpected and unnecessary. Room was ready, though missing some toiletries which was disappointing but not major problem as quick and easy to resolve. Politely alerted the reception staff and was met surprisingly by distain but despite this, issue was resolved quickly. Attitude of reception staff was out of character with rest of hotel experience and made us feel very uncomfortable. A kettle in room would have been welcome but accept that this is not usual for this part of Europe. Charge incurred for tap water at dinner which was a little disappointing but not unexpected as clearly highlighted in drinks menu.

Lovely, clean hotel, Food was lovely and along with the amazing beauty of Austria was a highlight of holiday experience. Restaurant staff/ cleaning staff were lovely and very accomodating. Facilities in hotel were very good. Daily cake and coffee offer as part of half board was added benefit. We left before breakfast on final day and hotel was kind enough to provide food packs which was very kind and welcome. Guest pass meant local travel costs were included and made holiday better value for money.

We loved the cleanliness, attention to detail, food choice at meal times, friendliness of staff. Our son and partner stayed for two nights and are vegan, the hotel went out of their way to provide an excellent vegan menu.

Bed was too soft for me, can get crowdy in the spa area, the water in the pool was a little cold for my expectations

nice, warm, clean, all you need; very tasty and wonderfully plated dinner + a lot for breakfast; I would recommend for at least 2 nights stay. Mind that if you work out your way with the guest card in advance bus transfer from Mittenwald or train from Scharnitz to the hotel is free, so would be on the last day too☺️

There was limited opportunity for an in house massage but the swimming pool and sauna were popular.

The food at the Seefelderhof was excellent. The staff made a great effort to make every day special with events and themed evenings. It is definitely worth booking half board.
