The shower cabinet was not closing properly and it was really small for one bathroom. Also the shower cabinet did not have holders to keep soap and shampoo. We had to get our own soap and shampoos as we could not find them in the bathrooms.

The receptionist was very welcoming and supportive. The staffs were really good. Open parking was also available. So we were not worried about our 2m tall and slightly greater than 5m long car.

Each apartment has a different owner and is equipped to different tastes/standards. Initially we were allocated a ground floor apartment which was nice and cool but the terrace was situated by a path, was right by the car park, with little view and the TV was very small. Reception were great and offered to change our apartment, showed us a few and we chose a much nicer apartment.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable apartment - lovely view from the balcony. Lovely pool. Nice small village in a quiet valley but near to Gastein valley, Kaprun, Zell Am Zee etc.. Wonderful local outdoor pool just a few minutes drive away as well as a mountain lift.

One bedroom plus living room. small kitchen corner with basic amenities. It was quite smelly when we arrived, so we had to let some fresh air in. Beds were quite comfy. The swimming pool +wellness was nice. The resort is situated 7 min walk to cable car down station. The same time to Billa and restaurants...

Don't believe the photos. We selected these apartments because of the beautiful view in the photos, turned out our apartment has a view to the other windows. Though, the location is perfect and the staff is super friendly. Also there is a huge pro vacuum cleaner, taking your place. No any information about the place nor facilities. Need locker key - go ask at reception, need garbage bags - go ask at reception, got 3 toilet paper rolls for 3 people for 5 days, go ask...

Our stay was excellent and hassle-free, everything was as we had agreed. We decided to extend our stay on the spot, but due to full occupancy, we had to change apartments, which was not a problem at all. We packed our bags, and the staff moved them to the new apartment while we were skiing. Raman at the front desk is extremely friendly, absolutely helpful, and willing to go out of his way to ensure your satisfaction—definitely a great host. The ski resort is within walking distance (4–5 minutes), as are the center and shops. Rauris is a charming Alpine village and the Hochalm ski centre was definitely a nice experience as well.

Outdoor parking for those without parking spot in the garage was a chaos. Swimming pool was rather cold:) Ski room hard to access through so many doors (our group needed a place to store baby chariot and it was hard to go in and out).

Beautiful apartment, very good room layout for families. Friendly and helpful staff. Good proximity to the ski slopes. One parkong spot dedicated just for our apartment.

Well it could be mainted more properly - as I wrote before, the apartment needs new painting and some repairs, it looks little "used". Also in the apartment were on the walls personal family pictures (I think it was owners family) - which give You quite a mood that You are in someone elses home. When You are sleaping in hotel, You do not want to think about how many people slept in the same bed before.. and here You got them on the wall.

Well, for the costs we expected more.. the walls in apartment calls for new painting, the beds wasn't extra comfortable and the resort was quite crowded (main summer time) and little noisy during evenings when everybody were sitting on terraces or outside. On the other hand the location was great, in the kitchen You found everything that You needed and staff on reception was friendly and helpful. We were not satisfied in the apartment they gave us - so they found another one which suit us better whithout any complaining.

Apartments are pretty noisy, lots of families with screaming children, door closing etc. Lot less luxurious than the photos make appear.

Apartment itself was good, but the photos on the site are not from the apartment itself, they are from the much bigger and more luxurious top apartments. So you don't get what you expect. Location is good for hiking.

Beds way too soft and uncomfortable. Despite having stated there were people with feather allergies in our party, half the bedding had feathers, so we needed to move bedding around. Stuff broken/missing (like towel rails which had come off, fridge door holder for things like milk was missing, etc.). Ours definitely wasn't nice and modern like in the photos; lots of the units were old wooden ones and had a musty odour to them! Pool is tiny and the "outdoor pool" is a bit of false advertising; it's just a small area you can swim out to from the inside. Sauna and steam room were only ever lukewarm. Only opens at 10am too. Pool got really busy at times and considering only about half the properties were occupied, don't want to know how awfully busy it gets if it's full; changing rooms at pool completely inadequate for size of complex. Also, there is no enforcement whatsoever regarding the quiet hours, we were woken every single night by loud music from neighbours, screeching children running between apartments and people coming and going very noisily late at night, even past midnight. Overall assessment: was ok, but expensive for what it is.

Good location for the ski area, can walk, although recommend putting at least the skis in a locker by the resort overnight. Reasonably-sized rooms and there was a ski storage room. We had parking in the garage underneath the property, which was convenient. There is a laundrette, although would imagine if the place is busy, you might struggle, as only 2 machines for the complex. Small gym, which was adequate enough. We were lucky and had a decent view, even though only on 1st floor.

The furniture and decor are about as basic as it comes which is disappointing considering the price.

Fantastic location. Within walking distance of ski lift. Great for families with everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy. Pool and sauna ok.
