Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Para obtener la puntuación general que te mostramos, sumamos las puntuaciones de los comentarios que hemos recibido y dividimos el total por el número de puntuaciones de los comentarios que hemos recibido. Usamos un sistema de comentarios ponderados, lo que significa que cuanto más reciente sea un comentario, mayor será su impacto en el cálculo de la puntuación total. Por otra parte, en la valoración se pueden dar "subpuntuaciones" individuales sobre aspectos importantes, como la ubicación, la limpieza, el personal, el confort, las instalaciones, la relación calidad-precio y la wifi gratuita. Ten en cuenta que los clientes envían sus subpuntuaciones y puntuaciones generales de manera independiente, de modo que no hay relación directa entre ellos.
Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.
Si alguna persona ve algo sospechoso, puede comunicárselo en todo momento al equipo de Atención al cliente para que nuestro equipo de Fraude pueda investigarlo.
Idealmente, publicamos todos los comentarios que recibimos, ya sean negativos o positivos. No obstante, no publicamos aquellos comentarios que contienen o hacen referencia, entre otras cosas, a:
- temas políticos delicados;
- contenido promocional;
- actividades ilegales;
- información personal o sensible (por ejemplo, e-mails, números de teléfono o información de tarjetas de crédito);
- lenguaje ofensivo, sexual, discriminatorio, amenazante, que incite al odio o de contenido violento;
- spam y contenido falso;
- elementos relacionados con la crueldad animal;
- falsificaciones de identidad (por ejemplo, si el autor o autora dice ser otra persona);
- cualquier infracción de nuestras pautas de comentarios.
Para garantizar que los comentarios son relevantes, solo aceptamos los que se envían en los tres meses siguientes al check-out, y solemos dejar de mostrarlos si tienen más de 36 meses o si el Alojamiento cambia de propietario.
El Alojamiento puede decidir si responder o no a los comentarios.
Cuando haya varios comentarios, aparecerán en primer lugar los más recientes, aunque también se tienen en cuenta otros factores: el idioma del comentario, si solo contiene una valoración, si también contiene una reseña escrita, etc. Si quieres, puedes ordenar los comentarios o filtrarlos (por momento del año, puntuación de los comentarios, etc.).
A veces, mostramos algunas puntuaciones de los comentarios que proceden de otras webs de viajes muy conocidas. Cuando lo hacemos, lo dejamos claro.
Pautas y normas aplicables a los comentarios
El objetivo de estas pautas y normas es que el contenido de Booking.com siga siendo relevante y para todos los públicos, sin limitar la libertad de expresar opiniones fuertes. Las pautas y normas son aplicables sin importar la emotividad del comentario.
Las aportaciones de contenido deben estar relacionadas con los viajes. El contenido detallado es el más útil y el que ayuda a otros a tomar mejores decisiones. Por favor, no incluyas comentarios personales, políticos, éticos o religiosos. El contenido publicitario será eliminado y los problemas relacionados con los servicios de Booking.com deben reenviarse a nuestros equipos de atención al cliente o al alojamiento.
Las aportaciones de contenido deben ser adecuadas para todo tipo de público. No uses lenguaje vulgar o insultos en ningún idioma. Los comentarios y otro contenido que incluyan expresiones de odio, comentarios discriminatorios, amenazas, contenido sexual, violencia o que fomenten cualquier actividad ilegal no están permitidos.
Todo el contenido tiene que ser auténtico y único para el cliente. Los comentarios son más útiles cuando son originales e imparciales. Tus aportaciones tienen que ser tuyas. Los alojamientos que colaboran con Booking.com no pueden publicar comentarios en nombre de sus clientes y no pueden ofrecer ningún incentivo al cliente a cambio de un comentario. No toleraremos ningún intento de disminuir la puntuación de un competidor enviando un comentario negativo sobre el mismo.
Respeto a la privacidad de los demás. Booking.com intentará ocultar direcciones de e-mail, números de teléfono, direcciones web, cuentas en las redes sociales y otros datos similares.

Booking.com no se hace responsable de ningún comentario ni de las respuestas a esos comentarios. Booking.com es un mero distribuidor (sin ninguna obligación a verificar), no un editor o creador de estos comentarios y sus respuestas.
Por defecto, los comentarios se ordenan por fecha del comentario y según otros criterios para mostrar los más relevantes, incluidos a título enunciativo el idioma, los que incluyen texto y los que no son anónimos. En frente está la parada del Vienna Airport Linnes que facilita mucho si no querés gastar tanto en el traslado al aeropuerto. También está muy cerca de la estación de metro. Te dan la opción de utilizar los casilleros si necesitas guardar tus maletas y no tiene costo.

Comentario auténticoMe encantó el concepto del hotel! Muy lindo y limpio además de bonito. Además, tiene muy cerca la estación de metro que te conecta directamente con el centro así que estás allí en 20 minutos como mucho.
La conexión del WiFi iba un poco lenta y tuve un problema en una ocasión con la tarjeta de la habitación que dejó de funcionar, pero me solucionaron ese problema enseguida. Además, las opciones de restaurantes en los alrededores es MUY limitada.

El desayuno tenía un precio para mi gusto algo elevado, por lo que no hicimos uso de este servicio ( no estaba incluido en la tarifa)
