We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

DenmarkWe arrived late and there was no staff. The room key was on the chair outside with instruktion on how to get into our room. We did not have breakfast so we never meet any staff during our stay except the receptionist how took our key and said "thank you". The room was pre-paid. The location is GREAT and the room was good and large with own kitchen. The double bed was VERY Comfortable but our son sleept on a bed-sofa and in the morning when we accembled it, back to a sofa, we saw that it was VERY old and the covarage destroyed. As a bed it was fine but when I pay over €100 for a night i expect proper furniture.

We liked people there, they have rooms upstairs and a nice restaurant on ground floor. The room was big but the furniture a little bit old. A set menu to choose for dinner. The breakfast is buffet. Delicious breakfast and dinner at a good price! Thank you!

GermanyThe Schäfle is well managed hotel with an excellent restaurant with a really good 4-course daily menu, as well as a-la-carte choices at sensible prices. Also a good wine list! Ample parking, great rooms (including single rooms) which was perfect for our group of four. We were looking forward to see the robot-waiter in operation, but it wasn't required on this evening.
