We recommend that our guests review the different room types and their specific features on our website before booking, or consult directly with our reception team to find the room that best suits their needs. Regarding the sauna, we would like to point out that it was turned on upon your request, as discussed. It is customary for the access door to be locked in the evenings, however, it can be opened at any time by the reception. A call to the reception could have quickly resolved this issue. Regarding breakfast, we offer a variety of freshly prepared options, including ham and eggs, omelettes, and more, available upon request. Please don't hesitate to approach our team if you find anything missing or if there's anything specific you would like. We greatly value your feedback and encourage you to bring any issues to our attention immediately during your stay.
