Hey Pedro, thanks for your review. In the heart of the creative seventh district, right on Mariahilfer Str., the location of Ruby Marie is the ideal starting point for an extensive shopping spree. All other important Viennese sights are within walking distance or can be easily reached by using public transport, which is also nearby. Glad to hear you made use of this central location. However, we're very sorry to hear that your room wasn't as clean as it should have been and really appreciate you taking the time to let us know, as cleanliness is a priority in all of our hotels. We want our breakfast to give our guests the best start to their day, so we make sure there's a mix of healthy options, as well as a few little treats. Everything we serve is high-quality and locally sourced (where possible) - which means it's not the cheapest option in town. If this is not for you, our hosts are always happy to recommend nearby cafés and restaurants if you'd like to branch out. We hope you'll give us another chance sometime. Your Ruby Marie Team

Hey Mariana, thanks for your review. Great that you enjoyed our bar and the amazing drinks as much as we do. We are a city hotel, and that has many advantages: you are in the heart of the city, only need a couple of minutes by foot to the center, and pay an affordable price. A central location, however, also means less space. That’s why we design our rooms small and fine, and for instance, integrate the bathroom cleverly into the main room. By the way: next time you stay with us, have a look at the spacious Wow and generous Loft rooms with lots of space to move around. We would love to welcome you again soon. Your Ruby Marie Team
