Everything! The hotel was near to St.Marx station, and also about 2 km to Belvedere ( 25-30 min by walk). The place was close to Erdberg Bus Station (15 min by walk). The receptionists were so warm and welcome (especially Marco)! You can use baggage storage for free if you room is not ready for check-in. The check-in process was very fast and easy with the pre-check-in online form. There were free coffee, tea and fresh water on the lobby. Also on our floor (5th) there was a large playing room with table tennis, billiard, air hockey, football table - for teenagers, and different games for kids -all for free. Our room was just like the pictures in Booking - a medium sized studio with kitchen, small balcony. The kitchen has everything for cooking. The bathroom was very nice and big enough. The WiFi was good and very easy for access. The Rio de Janeiro atmosphere was everywhere and we fell so welcoming! Thank you!

Wonderful staff, especially Marco! He welcomed us and chatted with my partner about Brazil. Lovely clean room with a very clean kitchenette and balcony. Cute swing and love the complementary water. Free coffee every morning from the machine was such a bonus. If you're considering anywhere to stay in Vienna, definitely come here. So easy to check in and lots of information online. Fast WiFi too. Big shower with overhead shower and comfy bed.

Brazilian Amazon rainforest themed hotel, modern facilities with on site gym. Next to Univ of Vienna. safe and quiet, easy to find free street parking. Friendly staff

It was in an easily accessible location, close to underground to get into central Vienna as well as the airport and train station. Lots of grocery stores close by as well as a wonder restaurant. The nice guys.

The metro is a brief walk from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary coffee station was a nice touch. The hotel has useful facilities such as a laundry room.

it was possible to get morning coffee only starting at 7am sharp; even after asking several times from the reception this could not be changed. overall breakfast was OK but the bakery/coffee shop few meters away opening at 6am would have been better choice
