If you want a basic, cheap, clean room for a couple of days this is an ideal choice. If you want all the trimmings then try somewhere else - it met our needs perfectly

Location a bit out of the way, especially as some of the tram/bus stops are currently closed due to construction.

It was very hot and the fact that there was no air conditioning was the worst part. We woke up from it being too hot in the room.

Although the hotel claims to offer 24/7 support, no one answered the phone after 9 PM. This made it really difficult for guests arriving late to get assistance when facing issues. After calling the emergency number, we discovered that a staff member was actually staying on-site. The hotel should clearly indicate the location of the staff room so guests in need can reach out directly and avoid unnecessary stress. The procedure of getting the key is a little bit out of date which needs to updated before sent to customers.

The room was tidy and spotless, with excellent water pressure—perfect for a refreshing shower. The location is great, within walking distance to the city center. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful, even showing me how to retrieve the key and find the free lounge area.

The bathroom had severe drainage problems, and many dirty things floated on the water surface after shower.

The price was good for a solo traveller, and the room was mostly enjoyable.

The front door to the hotel did not lock properly, maybe from over use. Also, the code provided to enter the hotel stated that it can be used from 9am onwards on the day we booked but when we got there, we could not use it and were told it only activates from 3pm (check in time), which is not what was communicated! Thankfully we could call for help but maybe adjust your communication to reflect that properly.

Large, airy and clean. All conveniences provided! We really enjoyed the location and size of our room.

The bathroom was great, as was the location. It's close to a metro and a tram station. You can walk to the center. Self-check in went without anny hiccups . It's perfect if you're a solo traveller. There's a common kitchen area, but I wasn't using it

No side table in my room. The Bedaide lamp had to be plugged and unplugged to turn on/off. Only one socket by the bed. But minor things. I’d still stay here again.

Clean. Bathroom had everything, showergel/shampoo and conditioner (always appreciated). Comfortable bed. Has a communal kitchen. Also left my luggage there after checkout. Coffee machine and pods provided in the room. And love that there’s tea in the kitchen.

It was good except the small bed

It was okay for a short stay but room is cramped and too small bed for someone who has claustrophobia. Everything was fine except the bed and small room .

It was starting to heat up with it being June and the room was very hot . A fan was provided which was good but still very hot .

Location was excellent and communal kitchen was really nice ,well equipt and clean .We had an added bonus of having a balcony too. Fridge in room was very useful and a good size ,would recommend a stay here . Room was also cleaned and made daily

However, there were a couple of issues that affected my stay. There was no air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortable at times. Also, I didn’t receive the access code before my arrival, which caused an unnecessary delay. I had to wait and make three phone calls before finally getting in. Overall, decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in communication and guest comfort.

The hotel had a lot of good things going for it—the location was great, and the room was clean and well-maintained.
