The room was spacious and warm, the bed very comfortable. We took half board and did not regret it, the meals were beyond our expectations. The staff were very kind and sweet.

The fact that we came for the second time and spent Christmas at Bergkristall says it all. The cleanliness, the room, the bathroom, the comfortable beds, the delicious food. The spa area with the two saunas and the relaxation room are extraordinary, clean and well maintained.

Excellent food, we booked half board and didn’t regret at all. The rooms are very comfortable with a big balcony. Very quiet and relaxing area. Big and safe parking Summer card included with plenty of attractions including lifts all the way up to the glacier.

Well equipped, clean rooms, very-very kind and helpful owners and personnel, good location in Mallnitz. We had fantastic breakfast with our rooms, but the gold medal goes to the dinner - starter, soup, salad, main course and dessert, very tasty and nicely served every evening. We could also charge our e-car. Thank you! We’ll return!

Nice cosy family hotel with nice room, sauna. But the touch are owners which are really nice and you feel cosy and welcomed. They can give you also good advice where to go, what are best options based on wheather. And at the end the dog at reception is really cute and funny.

Great location in the center of a small town. If you arrive from the north (A10 from Salzburg), make sure to go by the car train from Böckstein, google maps neither waze do not show this option that saves you a lot of extra driving The dinners were amazing. For breakfast there was not a lot of choice but the quality of the food was excellent. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A small wellness area with 2 saunas and infrared chairs to help relax after skiing / hiking.

Sometimes I feel that there is nothing to surprise me anymore. This stay exceeded my expectations. I would give the food a Michelin rating, the dinner for 100%. A pleasant surprise when you later notice that your comfort is being taken care of by a former participant of the Olympic Games and her husband. Incredibly nice and pleasant people, which is reflected in the coziness and comfort in everything they do and give you. Thank you so mutch.

Very kind hosts eager to help you feel at home. Very very clean spa area with saunas with a direct view outside, comfortable relaxation area also with a view outside. The breakfast was more or less the same, but there was plenty to choose from. Dinner a bit late for us, 6 pm, but very delicious and tasteful.
