Location is perfect in the center of Vienna, we traveled as a group. I booked two rooms and they were clean and tidy. Over all we enjoyed our stay at the propriety and I will book it agin whenever I will come back to Vienna. Self Check in was easy and clear as they send you all information for that, I only was confused about the main entrance of the building I took a few minutes until I recognized it I will share a photo of the main entrance gat of the property. When I checked out we left our bags in the service office for 4 hours as they work until 11 pm then we collect them back and went to the airport, they were helpful and kind. Thank you guys.

The bed let us down as it was the softest bed I’ve ever slept in. It didn’t do good for my back and didn’t get a proper sleep.

Shower worked perfectly, liked the keyless system and liked that they left free bottles of water and two small bottles of wine even though we don’t drink . The location is central, it’s near the buses, trams and Metro and also near the train station from the Airport.

Lack of communication I emailed the property about providing a do not disturb sign which they did not. My first day there was no need for them to come in and swap the towels which were hanging, and there is a sign that says if the towels are hanging, they will not be replaced . Someone came in took the towels left a couple coffees did not leave anything else. It was unsettling and a bit odd because it was around 2 PM . I just checked in the day before. I had to continuously leave signs to not enter. On my last day the cleaning crew was literally outside of the door waiting, which was creepy and weird. I did let them know. There is no do not disturb sign that they should put one in there. The pillows were uncomfortable.

I like that it had a coffee maker and a fridge both stocked with coffee and drinks. Everything was clean the bathroom had body wash. The towel rack worked well easy to use. The location was perfect soundproof a view of the street, but it wasn’t noisy right next to a market very convenient. It was by many things, but it wasn’t in an obnoxious touristy location felt safe. You enter the building with a code. You have to enter the code several times to get into several doors annoying but safe.

First of all, I thought I requested not a daily Cleaning staff…they showed anyways, and I just didn’t say anything at the time. The cleaning staff were inconsistent with cleaning times and felt a bit disrespected when they came late, and I was busy for the next hour; they didn’t clean my room That day. Also, the first day there it appeared they went through my medication bag and didn’t close the lid on my daily pill box which spilled into my bag, and then noticed one out of six of my emergency muscle relaxers was missing. I locked them after that. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful.

I got room with 2 small mattresses instead of one big. Walls are thinner than wanted and sometimes you hear noise from the neighbors.

Extremely good location, bus from the airport arrives like 200-300m from the hotel. Also there is a spark in the same building. All historical places are accessible via walk. There is a bar street just around the corner.

It was slightly challenging to find the building entrance because the building is large and the signage is tucked in near a small entrance area.

The property has an excellent location inside the Ringstrasse and not far from the U-4 rapid transit line. The access was easy, the unit was clean, and the staff was sooner friendly. You can store your luggage at the office if you are leaving town after the checkout time.

The accommodation served its purpose. The impression upon entering the room was very positive for me. The room seemed clean, nice white curtains and gray drapes. The bed was comfortable. Nice bed linen. Shower and toilet clean. The TV worked. Plates, spoons, glasses, coffee maker and refrigerator available. A surprise was also mineral water in the refrigerator. The staff was helpful. Access codes worked. Excellent location. Grocery stores right next door. Tram and Ubahn 5 minutes walk. Great satisfaction.

Great and spacious room. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Super easy check in and quick. Bright rooms. Nice coffee machine in the room. They gave us a huge chocolate bunny and eggs for easter which was a nice touch.

The wardrobe is small for 3 people.

The hotel has a good location with fast and convenient access to the city center, metro and tram. The room was small cozy and well equipped and also very clean. The check in process and access to the room are very easy.
