Urban Jungle is very clean and stylish! We loved staying there! You have everything you need in the kitchen and the coffee is great. The interior garden is a dream, you can relax there after walking through Vienna. We met the host as well, super nice and helpful. Everything worked great, I definitely recommend the place and would stay there again!

It was a bit warm in the room, but the fans they provided did the job.

The room was excellent, very clean and well organized; nothing was lacking. The location is great, close to the train station and there’s also a supermarket nearby. In short, an excellent experience, we really enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

Nothing really - everything was so pretty. I do have a suggestion - a bidet if possible in the accessible room. We Asians like our bidets!

First, the facilities were excellent - super clean, GREEN (like you can breathe, with a garden in your room!), hot and strong shower, firm comfy beds, complete (with a shower/commode chair for my daughter for who is in a wheelchair and even a Eurokey for the stair lift)! The accessible room was really spacious even with 3 of us. There was so much care taken to keep the place pristine and sustainable, with thoughtful add-ons like a tote and a water bottle for use during your stay and even adaptors you can borrow. Finally, location was fantastic; just a block or so from Praterstern! We had a really lovely stay and would highly recommend booking this.

No Aircon, but shaded, so despite it being g hot outside, apartment was cool. Plus the fans there helped.

Brand new apartment with all the comforts needed, halfway from city center and Austria Center. Relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Nice spots for lunch or dinner just few steps away.

As a sustainable building, they have water boiler which is filled only twice a day, and for a family of 5 like us, that wasn't enough. I had to shower in cold water more than once. Besides that, the towels smelled bad.

Very nice apartment, great kitchen with all we needed, very good mattress and pillows. Good location close to the metro. Quite. Floor heating was very nice.

Cleaning can be little bit more improved. There were some dog hair each and there and the litle brown blanket on the bed was smelling like a wet dog. I didn't like that is not that simple to make online pre check in and after that check in. Lots of emails regarding regulations and check in. They can make it easier. Also we had to pay a deposit of 500 euro.

We liked that it was very close to Prater, which was a strong point for us. Everything was as per description on booking and the emails they send us. Also our room was ready faster then initial confirmation.

No full time staff, and the 24hrs help desk is a bit slow in case of need. We were five registered guests, but there were only four chairs in the apartment.

Modern and clean accomodation, very close to Prater Park and 15 min away by walk from the Inner City. Rooms are large, cosy and comfortable. The whole place is quiet and silent. Fit for families.

Urban Jungle Apartments are like a little oasis in a busy City, filled with greenery indoors and out. The private courtyard was lovely to soak up the afternoon sun. The apartment itself was well appointed, cosy and warm.

The apartment was perfect - big, modern and very clean. It was easy to access due to clear communication from the staff beforehand. Location is also great, it's close to the U-bahn.

Nothing really, except the place is very nicely heated and it could get too warm at night. When you have the sofa bed occupied as sleeping option, there are no other places to sit except for bar stools, which aren't too comfortable.

We were really impressed with this apartment, it was well maintained, fully equipped, nicely decorated, cozy and convenient to get to. There are metro and tram nearby. The whole check in process was really effortless, and you access the buildings and your apartment unit by a code given to you when you check in. We loved it!

The plants, the size of the apartment and the well appointed kitchen. Everything is just perfect. The entire apartment is really well designed. I am certainly going to take some ideas back home to design my home. Minimalistic and classy!!

The shower head was broken on arrival, The fact that i had to recycle was ok the fact that i had to take the bags with plastic, the glass, the paper, to a room allocated for trash outside the main building was ok, but the main trash that i cannot recycle the not even oppened food and my used toilet paper filled bags from the toilet that I could not throw anywhere in that room so i had to go with that trash to the main road where i found a trashcan and threw it there cause i was afraid to loose the deposit cause its in its clause to throw the trash out.. that i cannot understand

The pillows were feather and quite flat so struggled to get comfy, but that is probably more of a preference thing.

Stayed with 3 friends The building was lovely with a nice outside space. The apartment itself had everything we needed and the jungle vibe was a great touch. Very modern and clean. Everything was electronically operated from a central portal on the wall and the website provided guidance and useful information about the apartment and location. A bit of a walk to get into where the Christmas markets were, but that was fine for us and was easy enough to get an uber if you don't want the walk. Few nice restaurants in immediate area too.

Attractive, ample apartments, well equipped. The plants throughout the hotel and the rooms were beautiful!! The balcony looking into the interior court was beautiful. Staff available if needed and helpful. Great location, near metro station, very quiet street.

No anti-allergy pillows, the ones available were only stuffed with down feathers. Next time we will ask for different ones. Also because we were staying during winter month, the heating was up and the humidity in the appartment was very low sometime.

We loved the interior and furnishing (and plants!). The whole design of the appartment and house was gorgeous. Very clean and cozy! The beds were comfortable and there was no noise from the street.
