Seriously, this Austrian hotel was amazing! It's hands down the best I've stayed at in Austria. And get this – Ernest Hemingway stayed here 100 years ago, so you know it's got history and character! They nailed all the little details and decorations – everywhere you looked, it was just beautiful. The service was top-notch from the moment I checked in; they even showed me around which was super helpful. Breakfast was incredible, a real highlight. Plus, parking the car in the underground garage was a breeze. Oh, and finding that gorgeous hotel magazine in the room was a lovely touch. Absolutely loved my stay here!

Very minor gripe, but the steam room wasn't that well calibrated No water cooker in the room, but you could ask for one separately I'm sure

There is nearly nothing to complain about! If I had to pick, the US wine selection is a meager, but they are working on it, and have great wines from Austria, Germany, and France! Prost!

Newly renovated hotel with lovely alpine style! The rooms are spacious, and fashioned with elegant wood. The spa is great with a nice outdoor pool from which you can see the mountains. The service is impeccable, from arrival to departure you feel at home. The team moves your luggage, answers questions with a smile, and the food and wait service, and bar was wonderful.

Although the personal was very kind and happy to help with all our queries, it seems that they are a bit short on number of people for the very high standard services the hotel aim to provide.

Everything, it is high class hotel, we easily noticed the attention to details. The personal is very customer oriented and focused to provide a unique life time experience.

Everything was just amazing, we just came back from our family weekend and there is not a single point to comment negative on-exceptionally clean, great staff, amazing spa and rooms, wonderful restaurant and a top management keeping an eye on. Definitely comming back to you soon!! :)

-Unfortunately a nice design isn't all when it comes to a good hotel, and here the service was definitely lacking. Everything seemed to be a problem, even asking for more drinking water on the room. Nuts etc in the spa area weren't refilled regularly, dirty glasses were standing around, salt scrub for steam bath was often empty. Overall I can say that the stay wasn't as nice as expected, simply because of the lack of service and friendliness. - Spa area doesn't have enough loungers upstairs (downstairs were always loud kids/teenagers)

An amazing hotel, renovated with love for detail and super stylish. We loved every detail of the design in the rooms and the spa area, breakfast was very good as well. We had a waiter from Bulgaria, unfortunately I don't remember his name, one night in the restaurant Jagdhaus and he was absolutely amazing!

If you are not a German speaker, you may feel isolated here. For example, New Year's Eve was organised only for Germans, and we had zero understanding of what was going on. The same was true when we tried to eat something before check-in. Every waiter referred us to another, and a few of them simply vanished when they tried to find an English menu. Finally, we had to go elsewhere. The next few days were much better. The second problem is the nearby church. You will wake up at 7 anyway because of the bell ringing :)

Great spa, breakfasts, location, and rooms. Included underground parking and an amazing idea with separate rooms for storing ski/snowboard equipment
