We didn't know there was no parking in the hotel and made a few circles around. But get help quickly by phone from the hotel. For me, the only minus was the pillow. I expected to be more comfortable.

Great place, right in the centre. Interested in adapting an old building to a very modern and comfortable hotel. They have their coffee blend, and we tasted it even from the room with a very good coffee machine. Cozy, quiet, and very well-furnished room. The same was the breakfast place. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Definitely will stay there again.

Parking was a bit expensive (~20€ for a day). Might be possible to find on street parking nearby, but I'm not sure how long you can park there.

Everything- incredible hotel. I was in their smallest room and it was at least 25 ft by 10 ft. Huge walk in shower. Hotel 3 years old- looks like it opened yesterday. Wonderful staff. This is my 25th trip to Europe- in top 3 of any hotel I have ever stayed in.

Hotel Platzhirsch is situated right in the middle of Kufstein, on the historical marketplace, with a very short walk to the railway station and with plenty of parking facilities in the neighbourhood. The rooms are completely new, decorated with style and with all needed, including bedding that is great. I had no breakfast at the hotel but imagine it will have been equally good as the whole hotel experience.

Room was a little too warm. Couldn’t cool it off had to open windows to keep it cool and no screens. Was loud at night with windows open but no noise at all if you kept windows shut.

Parking is on the next street over and there is a few. Staff made it easy but the location itself is a bit cumbersome.

Beautiful old building renovated in a modern style. Very spacious. Centre of town with many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Fantastic Gin Bar nearby Stollen 1930. Short walk to the castle. Testa Rosa Cafe nearby great for coffee. Breakfast was a la carte and excellent. Friendly staff. Parking directly behind the hotel in a secure car park

We had to cancel our stay mid way during the trip due to an injury. While I asked if refund was possible, as this was due to medical reasons (fracture) it was denied. This was fine with me as the owner said that this was not in their hands. However, we had added a child in the room (without extra bed) and I was assuming that we would not have to pay for it. I would have loved if out of courtsey the owner would have allowed us not to pay for one night stay for the child (without the extra bed), given that we had to bear the brunt of two nights we did not use due to injury. However the hotel is very comfortable in every respect. Good staff and good food.

Platzhirsch Kufstein was delightful. The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the breakfast add on! There were so many personal touches, little gifts from the owners, that made this stay a 10/10.
