United KingdomThere was nothing we didn't like. It isn't the most modern, luxury hotel, so if that matters to you then there's that, but it 100% didn't matter to us, and it's reflected in the price. The value for money is really good.
This is a real gem of a hotel. Great location, a snowball's throw from the Reiterkogelbahn gondola, and in the pedestrianised centre of Hinterglemm. The family who run it and all the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the food, especially the evening meals, are outstanding.

Excellent team of staff led by Mark - really friendly and keen to give help about the ski-ing in the resort. Always attentive, professional, polite and fun. Food was amazing and incredible chef who was eager to chat about the food and where it was sourced. Lovely breakfast with a great range of food and beautifully prepared fresh fruit every day including melon and pineapple Hotel is a few steps away from ski lift yet close to town centre and bus station so easy link to Saalbach and Zell am See too. Good ski and boot storage. Loved the little extra touches such as a bowl of apples in reception. I would highly recommend this hotel. A real gem.

AustraliaThe hotel is in a brilliant location only a short walk to the lift. It is one of the older buildings in Hinterglemm. The owners (mark and Tanja) were fantastic , so welcoming and helpful, as were all their staff. Now for the best bit - The FOOD! Seriously was on another level and so unexpected. It was better than a lot of other restaurants that we had eaten in during our holiday in st Anton and Hinterglemm! Yes the bedrooms and bathrooms have some lovely 1980’s decor , but as new owner mark and tanja are working through them and upgrading . But they were really clean and nicely presented . I would happily stay again and will recommend to anyone ,

Austria* simple room, but serves the purpose * unfortunately the Austrian touch is missing, although the Danish service and kitchen team were outstanding !
* hotel has the best location with 5 steps to the Reiterkogelbahn * fabulous service and kitchen team * evening dinner with 3 course set menu with a mix of international and danish dishes * the food menu, quality and presentation was incredible * the service team was super friendly, helpful and attentive at all times * I could not find any fault with the f&b team !

SlovakiaMy husband and I spent a weekend here without the kids and even though we are not bikers we really enjoyed it. The hotel has a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere and the food was fantastic. The owners are great, young people. We were given excellent tips for hikes. The scenery and the surroundings are beautiful. Great for sports, rest and relax. Definitely recommended.
