Just a small thing, i needed to see the whole towl changed in my room, but 1/3 of them changed ... im sure if i was asking they would give me new one, though i didnt stayed long time there. And the Shampo got it empty next day, but everything was perfect, very warm shower with high water pressure.

I was in vienna for a conference, i was in hurry and i needed to leave morning very earlier at 6:30. The staff was very kinf with me and when they realised this, they told me that they can prepae a pack of breakfast earlier for me to have a breakfast!! i love their beahviour and understanding, they didnt take care only of money, this surprised me a lot, normally hotels has 7-11 fixed time for breakfast, but they have done it earlier, with a great Cup of Tea. Also, they printed me all i needed for Travel to another part of cities, they made a very well documented my invoice i needed for my organisation , and so, i appreciated them!

In case you come by car after 6 you can not enter or leave the buiding by car as there is no reception at the gate. Calculate with this one.

The hotel's location is excellent. The staff is cooperative and helpful. Please note that the reception operates in two shifts daily: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. For guests with vehicles, parking is available with access permitted during reception hours. Our stay was satisfactory. Thank you.

Room was a little small but manageable. Bathroom was very tight. It could be improved by adding some hooks for towels. A soap holder or a shower caddy would have helped in the shower/bathtub. We would have liked a refrigerator in the room. The doona's were very heavy and warm which would be great in winter but for summer I would recommend lighter ones especially in rooms without air conditioning.

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a parking space which helps in these cities where parking is scarce. Breakfast was served between 7-10 and was very nice.

The only downside is the lack of air conditioning, but there are fans provided and they work well.

Very good location – close enough to the metro and trams that getting anywhere in the city takes no more than 30 minutes, but far enough from the noise to feel peaceful and quiet. Bars and restaurants are just around the corner on nearby streets, yet we couldn’t hear a thing at night – perfect balance! We stayed in an apartment with a separate bedroom and a main living area. It was lovely and spacious, with towels, soap, shower gel, an iron and ironing board, a dining table with chairs – and even a clean, new dishcloth, which is not always standard. The building itself has a beautiful, elegant staircase that adds a lot of charm. Big plus for the free on-site parking – though the entrance is a bit narrow, so some maneuvering skills are helpful :) Another bonus: just a 16–20-minute walk away, there’s a great playground for kids – with a water pump where you can create waterfalls and channels, plus swings and other fun equipment. Breakfast (10 EUR per adult, 5 EUR per child) isn’t luxurious – no lamb or octopus wrapped in pancake dough – but it has everything you need: fresh vegetables, fruit, yogurt with toppings, excellent eggs, delicious bread, tea, coffee, and juices. The staff were absolutely lovely – very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Good hotel the parking is in it. The hotel little but very comfortable. The personal is nice and the breakfast is good. Sweet breakfast is very little but there is a good cake.
