Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. NetherlandsBreakfast is relatively expensive compared to the room rate and there are not that much of options. What I miss is fruit salad, sausages and muesli (next to other cereals). Minor thing that I want to mention but all others are fine.
Very comfortable room with all necessary facilities like quiet side of the building, high speed wifi, AC and sound proof walls.

ArmeniaUnfortunately, the hotel did not fully meet the expectations of a 4-star property. Our room faced the street and was quite noisy, and the bed was not comfortable. The facilities were advertised as including Wi-Fi, but there was no connection in our room, and even after reporting the issue, it was not resolved. On the third day, we were offered to move to another room; however, it was smaller and also not comfortable.
On a positive note, the staff were very polite and attentive, and the cleanliness of the hotel was at a high standard, which we greatly appreciated

United StatesRoom lighting a bit dark and murky, no mini-fridge just some albums and a record player that didn't work properly, drinking glasses were all small, basically good for whiskey, but 1/4 the size of a normal glass. Breakfast was nice but could benefit from some sliced melon or pineapple. Music at breakfast was always moody and depressing, something just a tad more upbeat to start the day might be better.
Comfortable, good A/C, great staff, quite good breakfast, plenty of restaurant nearby, not too far from U-bahn.

South AfricaNot much to complain about to be honest, checking in (and out) was a breeze, the area was lovely, all and all a good option for a short stay in Vienna. The only thing I could think of was that you need to walk a little bit further to reach main tourist attractions but we enjoyed the morning strolls to our destinations.
The interior matched the pictures and the facilities were well kept. I came across the spa by accident on afternoon and enjoyed a relaxing session while's watching the sunset over the quiet block behind the hotel. Air-conditioning in the room was a lifesaver during the heatwave! I also loved the foyer's design - definitely a vibe. We did not make use of the bar or breakfast but it looked decent.

The hotel is in an excellent location, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff is very nice, and in the lobby, there is a perfect bar with excellent staff working there. The room was amazing, cozy, and exactly what I expected. The bed is super comfortable. I liked everything about it, and next time when I am visiting Vienna, I will stay at the Max Brown hotel.
