You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IsraelThere were quite a few mosquitoes, and the windows didn’t have screens.
The family room with a balcony was perfect, with a beautiful view of the meadow. The room was very well equipped, including thoughtful details in the children’s area and the bathroom. We also had a lovely wooden baby crib in the room, which was much appreciated. For the kids, there were plenty of games to choose from in the hallway, as well as a trampoline and garden play area outside. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the host was extremely kind and helpful.

Sandra is literally the nicest person I have ever met. Possibly the nicest in the world. There are books and boardgames for kids, a teddybear in our room, a little playground outsound with a trampoline, slide, swing and treehouse full of dolls and dollhouses and a sandbox full of toy trucks, a bike, a scooter, skateboard and a tiny intex pool. Its heaven for children. Very rich breakfast with many special home-made dishes. The bathroom is equipped with anything you need. Great place.

Czech RepublicWhat didn't I like? Um.... hard question in this case. If I'm being nitpicky maybe I would add anti-insect net on the windows.
From my experience you can always tell the difference between an employee and an owner. However Sandra, the owner, brings it to a whole another level - she has an incredible "can do attitude", I felt nothing is a problem for her and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had is just a cherry on top. This is the first time in my life I left a tip for an accommodation.

Absolutely exceptional and delicious breakfast. Children enjoyed the playground in the garden and we also appreciated the equipment for our baby.

Sandra is an exceptional host, she made us feel very welcome! Breakfast was simply wonderful! Location was great for exploring the area. The room rate included local tourist cards, that provided free access to the water park as well as discounts at several attractiona in the area.
