The only thing: it would have been good to know there was no elevator (1 big flight of stairs to carry your luggage up). No major issue to do it, but would be good to know.

The location is excellent in the 7th district of Vienna. Very close to a tram station that takes you in 7-10 min to the 1st district (city center). In 4-5 min walking you are at Mariahilferstraße. Room was big and silent (looking towards an inner yard). Clean and in order.

I booked this place for a dorm at an hostel price so I'm more than satisfied. Also the person at the reception waited for me because I arrived a bit late.

The only thing we didn’t like were: 1. The floor was wooden with an old carpet; it squeaked when we walked, and 2. The curtains should have been longer to cover the windows and keep out the morning light

The hotel service (recepcionist) was spectacular: they were very polite, respectful, and cordial; the Wi-Fi worked wonderfully; they accommodated us with every convenience, including the ability to leave our bags for a couple of hours before and after checkout; they helped us find the way to the airport and transportation; they even gave us a map. It's a quiet and affordable hotel-guesthouse: the bathroom was sparkling clean; the sheets and pillows were super clean, white, and had a pleasant aroma; towels were changed daily; and we never had any problems with hot water. A great advantage: 1- The tram and bus stop were just right on the corner, two steps away, and the city center was only 15 minutes away; and 2- several supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy were just around the corner.

The rooms don't have the best soundproofing, so you can easily hear everything from other guests, noises in the corridor, especially if you're in a room near passageways (which was my case)

For cold days, it would be nice if there was an electric kettle in the room. The pillows were very thin.

The location was convenient for us. There is a tram stop just across the street and the metro is within walking distance. The table with chairs plus the mini-fridge were also nice conveniences. When the double windows were closed, we weren't bothered by outside noise, even the church bells.

Location is great, and the rooms are really clean. The bathroom is very vell, with hear dryer. The beds are cozy, the pillows are smaller then usual. No kettle in the room.

The deco is a bit... old fashion. And the 2 side lights were not working.

Hotel situated in a great area, close to nice and trendy places. rooms are on the street but it is very very quiet. The hotel is super clean. The room had a super high ceiling and 2 bigs windows, so it is spacious and nice. Bathroom was newly renewed. The weather was cold but inside it was warm and comfy.

The fact that there are some rooms behind couple of doors, which was like in another building or i dont know was kinda scary I didnt expect that, but nothing horrible.

It was very clean and even if my solo room was at the end of a whole building it was warm inside. The bathroom was in the good condition, the sheets were clean, and also the conversation about all check-in info was pretty clear and simple. Very good for one night stay. Quality = price and vice versa.

It was a short stay, and I didn't have time to notice the less good things. I would only suggest a bit more attention to the cleaning part.

It's a very pleasant accommodation, good price, great location, clean room, staff was helpful and nice. Easy check-in with all info provided in time. I would recommend it anytime to family and friends.
