The beds were changed only once a week, which I think is standard in most apart-hotels, but if they could have offered the service a bit more regularly it would have been great!

The rooms are big and clean, the ones with the kitchenette offer sufficient amenities to cook simple meals. We stayed for 2 weeks (with three kids and a dog) while we waited for our apartment and the staff were friendly, they were happy to help where they could, they did not make any problems for the dog or kids. We were very happy with our stay and found it to be a great deal in a great part of the city (very close to public transport). Wifi worked well. Free washing machine to do laundry.

The rooms would greatly benefit from air conditioning as Vienna gets hot in the summer. And a little bed-side reading lamp would be great!

Everything you need for a short stay, nice and convenient location close to Vienna city centre with public transport at your door step. Comfortable bed. Nice staff.

The window points to the building's inner yard where some dumpsters are ,so some random noises from time to time.

The staff was super helpful. I got what I got promised, a single room with a private bathroom; clean sheets and towels. I arrive a little bit early and they allow me to do the check in early.

Good location in a lively neighbourhood with everything nearby. 10 minutes to Inner Stadt. Given the prices in Vienna it was reasonably priced. Storage for bicycle was important for me.

I've stayed at Pension Vera a few times. It's a great location, with a nice breakfast place across the road and a tram stop right at the doorstep. There's nothing luxurious here but unless you came to vienna to huddle in your room and see nothing of this beautiful city, this pension will serve you with a spacious room, free wifi and a great value for money

Very good location and amazing value for money. The room was small but it’s got everything you need and feels very safe and comfortable. The staff also let me borrow a charger as mine broke. I would highly recommend this place, and will be back here if I stay in Vienna again :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful i was travelling alone and did not speak the language and they were very good at guiding me to were i wanted to go. Iknew the hotel was going to be basic as per price and description but it was clean the shower was good had good water flow and temperature was always hot. I did ask if they could loan me a kettle so i could make my own tea my diet is vegan so i needed to provide my drinks which they gladly did.

It is very near to the university. Good if you want a relatively cheap place to sleep at.
