The location was between the airport and city center, not much close to anything.

The concept looks cool, I didn't have much time but there are lots of sports activities to do there. The room was pretty good overall.

There was a little confusion over whether they intended to start breakfast from 6am, or 7am. (Fortunately, they were happy to start breakfast a little earlier than they planned.)

The tennis club staff were very accommodating, despite my late arrival (after 8pm) and early departure (just before 7pm). My German was rusty and their English was a bit patchy, but they were friendly and patient, and we got on well in the end. The room was basic, but comfortable, and certainly provided a good night's sleep. For a confident and able-bodied traveller, it was certainly a practical choice, and one I might make again if I need to stay close to Vienna airport.

No human contact of any sort... nobody there, got the code to entry for check-in via email. No staff on site, no restaurant nearby.

No breakfast. The place is hard to reach with public transport. Had to walk for half an hour after closest bus stop. That should be made clearer that it's in the middle of nowhere -- at least without a car. Bu the place is uiet and tranquil because it's off the beaten path.

We arrived at the location after driving 1100 km. There was no staff there and only option was self/late check-in, even though we arrived well before 18:00. What made things worse was that we didn't receive the check-in info, so we had to wait for over 25 minutes in the parking lot in scorching heat, as the person I got through to via the phone number confused me with someone else and told me they couldn't process the payment from my card. I was also charged MORE than the reservation stated. (I booked the room WITHOUT free cancellation, but was charged as if the booking was made WITH free cancellation, so my card was charged more than it should have been). The location seems to be mainly a sporting venue with various facilities, and the guest rooms seem to be more of an afterthought, so the customer experience could be improved a bit on that front.

The room had air conditioning, including the remote for the A/C, mini-fridge and coffee machine. The size of the room was fine for us as a family of 3. Very close to the main highway and Vienna. Decent parking. Multiple sporting facilities available.

If it weren’t for the staff’s detailed instructions in correspondence, I would not have found the hotel. I think it is convenient for travelers by car or taxi. Public transport is too complicated for this location.

The staff was very responsive; at my request, they ordered a taxi for me. It was great to have a coffee machine in the room, especially for early checkouts, as it provided a convenient option to have coffee. In the evening, there was the opportunity to have dinner right at the hotel. The room was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Very good location close to the football stadion where we participated in a tournament. Dogs are very welcome here, also there is a dog running field just next to the pension. Perfect place for a couple of nights stay!

Would recommend for those who come to play tennis in the club or look for a one night stay over before or after their flights at the Vienna airport.

It is a tennis club with few unattended rooms. Simple, not very stimulating but fully served the purpose as a reasonable priced accommodation 12 min away from the Vienna airport.

They have a bar as it is part of a tennis club, which was open at 10 pm. The airport is only 15 minutes away. An additional 25 euro cost from the pension by taxi.
