I suggest putting a small divider on the balcony between the two adjacent rooms for greater privacy. The table on the balcony could be smaller, making it easier to sit closer. But these are smaller remarks.

Room overlooking the lake. Optimal position close to the bridge. Although the bathroom wasn't in the room, it was conveniently located nearby. A spacious balcony with a stunning view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. You can enjoy a rich breakfast, also overlooking the lake. I was pleasantly surprised because we were given free passes for the boat that takes you from one side of the lake to the other, valid for all the days of our stay. The same pass also allows for free chairlift rides to the mountain if you'd like to try some mountain biking.

Stunning location and a beautiful Pension. The owners were very friendly and breakfast was superb. It was the perfect base for exploring the area by Motorbike, including a ride up to the Grossglockner Pass which for us was a must do on this tour of Europe. Weissensee and lake Techendorf is just beautiful. Great if you like walking and mountain biking.

Only negative for me was the bathroom (toilet plus shower) .... very very small. Too small actually. I am avg size, and had difficulty.

Very hospitable host! Breakfast was very good. Location perfect to walk to anywhere within minutes. Lakeside within 30seconds!

Very friendly hosts, extremely knowledgeable about the area and pleased to help in any way they could. The location couldn't be better - direct access to the lake through a private garden, but also very close to amenities in the village of Techendorf, 1 minute from a bus stop, and about 5 minutes walk to the cable car. Many beautiful walks and hikes start very close by.

The only advice I have is to add dark curtains on the side that faces the street, as otherwise the room gets light at sunrise. I also suggest to indicate that the bathroom is very narrow.

Great location - close to the ships and restaurants. The breakfast is fine. A bonus is the private access to the lake.

The position is very good, in the heart of the village of Techendorf. The host is very friendly and tries to satisfy the necessity of the guests. Moreover, they allow animal!

The location was perfect. The guest house and rooms a bit outdated and in my opinion too expensive for what you get. €75 would have been good value for money in my opinion. Especially at the end of September. The host was friendly but perhaps too interfering at times. This is obviously different for everyone but I prefer a bit more distance between the host and the guests. At breakfast, for example, I prefer to wake up quietly instead of answering questions about how long we have to drive home etc. Some people actually like this but we prefer a quit breakfast. Other than that, you have what you need to stay there for 1 or 2 nights, but we were glad we only stayed there for one night. We couldn't see ourselves staying here for a whole week.
