There was a slight mark on the toilet seat - at first I thought it was dirty however after trying to clean it off myself I realized it couldn’t be removed.

The apartment was clean, lots of room and check in was very easy. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and ease to access the offerings. The buffet breakfast was better than some of the 5 star places we had stayed at! We really appreciated the gluten free bread that was provided as well.

The room was very small, cramped for a family. We had a small bathroom, my husband couldn't fit in the shower, which was very funny. But that was the only thing we didn't like. Overall, the stay was otherwise very pleasant.

The staff was very helpful, kind. We welcomed the separate check-in. Parking was right next to the pension, the number of places was sufficient. Breakfast very good. There is a bus stop near the pension.

We arrived late at the property but had a smooth and hassle-free self check-in experience. The room was spacious and included a balcony, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was a bit small, and the shower area felt quite cramped. However, the breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were warm and friendly. The property has free parking and very near to the cable car.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Nice views over Zell am See and easy to just walk down to town (took us about 20 minutes). Good parking and absolutely brilliant breakfast - would definitely visit again!

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The self check-in service was very smooth, and easy. The balconies were very nice, you could hear the creek running beside the hotel, very peaceful. We walked into town, but a bus stop is nearby. A great value for the money.

Nice pension, rooms clean, close to Schmittenhoehenbahn/TrassXpress ski lift (3 minutes by car). Breakfast was excellent - lots of options like hams, smoked salmon, oat and soy milk, home-made yogurts or freshly cooked eggs on demand.

- bathroom vent a bit too loud; - there is a snack machine, but if you don't want to go out, it would be great to have something more substantial, even a ramen at the same snack machine.

- great location in a quiet place but close to everything - 15m walk to town center and CityXpress lift, same or 4min bus ride to Schmittenbahn/TrassXpress/Sonnenalmbahn lifts; - comfortable and very clean room with big balcony, good soundproofing; - very good breakfast with an egg dish of your choice and a wide selection of quality cold items; - nice friendly staff; - great value.

A bar would have been a great addition after a day on the slopes. Other than that there was nothing to fault with the pension.

The staff at the pension were very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and spacious and we had a great view from our balcony. The breakfast was amazing. A huge variety of food and of great quality and standard. We were offered cooked eggs and bacon every day which were delicious. There was nothing missing from the breakfast selection. Again the staff were attentive and helpful.

The host was very nice and we were warmly welcomed at the time of arrival. We lived in a nice and clean & cozzy room with enough space to store our stuff. Bathroom was clean and comfortable though the shower corner is a bit small. The breakfast was excelent with variety of food choises. Everything was frash and tasty including very cozzy restaurant area to eat. It's really close to walk to city center and lake. It's also very close to the slope. Generally our stay was really pleasant and we did enjoy it - Thank to Jasmine and Kathrine.
