Loved my stay, the breakfast could perhaps be improved with some more fresh fruit or/and bacon. Coffee was great.

I had a fantastic stay, the hosts are exceptionally welcoming and helpful, the location is perfect: quiet but only 5 mins walk to the heart of town, my single bedroom was extremely clean and comfortable, very quiet even with the window open all night. Lovely modern bathroom with a great shower. You could have breakfast or your own meals in the sunshine in the little courtyard with view of the Hahnenkamm mountain. Perfect.

Great ski locker but it’s still a 900 m walk to gondola. So you might want to pay for one closer to the lift.

I spent three nights at Pension Schmidinger in mid-March 2023. I was in Kitzbuhel to snowboard, and the location was perfect. It was just a short 10-minute walk to the Hahnenkamm Gondola. I was able to park my car on site. I stayed in Room 1, a single room, meant for just one person. The room was perfect! There was a large closet to hang and store all my clothes and gear. There was also a safe in the closet. The bathroom was very clean and felt like it was newly remodeled, it was well-designed and modern. It had plenty of counter space, the shower had lots of pressure, and the hot water came quickly. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cleaned every day. They even had a backpack in the room you could use for your day in the mountains! The breakfast was simple but delicious; cold-cut meats, breads, cheeses, granola, yogurt, OJ, coffee, and teas. They will also prepare eggs for you in whatever way you wish! Barbara, the host, was very friendly and everyone liked chatting with her. I highly recommend this property and would stay there next time!

Absolute lovely property in the heart of Kitzbuhel. Ideal for skiing as it is only a 5 minute walk from the Hannenkahnbahn and a 30 second walk to the bus stop that can take you to any of the other lifts in the region. The room was absolutely perfect and has everything we could need. The breakfast was really nice also and the staff were always super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

First stayed here in 1988 and thought it would be nice to re-visit. The place is lovely...great room with all facilities, and a superb breakfast. It's just a short walk (2 minutes) from the main street and there's plenty of parking. It's also nice and quiet. There's even a lovely friendly golden retriever in the family.
