We had (2) 70+ aged members in our group that would probably have appreciated an elevator instead of the stairs but we managed.

There was a shared refrigerator between everyone, not for each room separately. There's really nothing you can do about it, but climbing the stairs to the apartment is tiring. The floor creaks when you walk on it and the whole room shakes.

The apartment is in a really perfect location, on a huge shopping street. Everything was clean and quiet, even though there were 2 other families with us at the same time. Hot water, comfortable beds, storage space

The location is perfect, near the subway and a lively part of the city Mariahilf. The apartment is spacious and with a nice view to the pedestrian zone.

The pillows were a bit small

I had the most enjoyable stay at the Pension Primavera. The host, Andrea, is very welcoming and accommodating - she allowed me to check in early in the morning, which I truly appreciated. The room had everything I needed for a short stay. It is also quite spacious and has high ceilings. The location is perfect - in the main shopping street, yet very quiet. It is possible to walk to the main museums, or take the subway or a bus.

Nothing, it was all great for us!

The room was exactly what four persons need to rest while discovering Vienna. Very clean and warm with plenty of towels. There was also a fridge and a microwave. Spot was great, just a few meters far away from U3 metro line and bus stops. Also great for visitors who like walking, about 30 min (or even less) away from many museums and other attractions. Andrea was more than helpful in every way! She also let us leave our baggage there for a few hours after our check out. So sweet and kind person! We will definitely stay there again if we ever visit Vienna in the future!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom through one of the bedrooms. You could use another toilet in the reception area. Also, many steps to reach the apartment and no elevator.

Host was very nice and helpful with explaining the bus to the train station. Apartment was very spacious and clean.

All was fine. As mentioned in advertisiment, it is located in the 3rd floor, without elevator. Since we stayed just one night, we managed it with my senior mother without problem.

Everything was like advertised. Building is located close to the metro station on the busy shopping street. Room was situated into the inner block and was quiet during the night. Comunication with the owner was smooth and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

Very good location, host was extremley friendly and shortly explained to us everything we need to know. Room was super clean, bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. Bathroom in the room was a major plus. Felt really safe - they have cameras and automatic locks. I could surely say this was one of our top stays here on Booking.

Very centric, very nice lady to meet us even we arrived very late at night (flight was scheduled arrive late). Place had all the necessary amenities and even more. Easy access to metro, and taxis can come easy as well. Place is on walking street what gives even more `vibe and very, very close to museum quarter and main attractions. This was second time stayed there - and when come back, will go to the same place again. Thank you Andrea!

There is no elevator, but we knew this and were staying for only one night.

The property has an excellent location for staying in the city. It was not loud at night and we felt safe. Coffee and tea were available in the room.

The location was excellent. Based in the heart of Neubau, 7th district, next to the U-Bahn and bus stops. Andrea was delightful! She was a great communicator - in contact with me straight after booking, and was there waiting for me when I arrived in the evening - super friendly and helpful. The pension manager, Andrea, was so helpful - both before and during our stay. The apartment was spacious and grand in a Viennese way, but all the modern facilities - Aircon, hot water, WiFi - worked a treat. We loved strolling from the pension along the broad, tree-lined pedestrian street into the city centre, and heading north to trendy Neubau.
