We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 small kids for one night, but instead of a room we actually got a large apartment. That was a really nice surprise so we ended up staying an extra night.

More choice at breakfast perhaps, with hot options.

This pension is located close to the Hoch Oetz lift so very convenient if you want to ski locally. It is a short walk into Oetz where there is a choice of places to eat. Breakfast was typically Austrian, with lots of bread, cheeses, cold meats, cereal etc. The only hot option was a boiled egg. The hotel was very clean, though a bit basic in terms of amenities. I had a nice double room with on suite shower which was very comfortable. WiFi was good enough to stream movies. I would certainly recommend it.

Breakfast was a Continental but not as much offered as we usually expect eg no hot food but what we had was tasty. There is a lovely walk opposite the Pension. Unfortunately there was only one place open to eat and that was a very small pizzeria which served burgers, chips and pizzas. It was very tasty and much appreciated

First time scammed in hotel which belongs booking.com. Reclamation process going on with booking.com, also doing online crime report for Austrian police cause of this scam. I dont wanna anyone ruin their day in the future cause of this hotel. We came to the hotel, no one around. Paper with my name and room key at the reception table. We went to the room and it had 3 beds like we had deal. We settled into the home and put our drink to the fridge next our kids bed. Next morning when I went to the skiing and my family went to the breakfast, hotel crew went to our room. They came back and demanded 80 euros cause of using kitchen. My wife was just woke up and very confused. She was asking where is this rule written, answer was nowhere, "its logic". I confirmed later, this rule doesnt read anywhere in booking.com hotel Pension Olympia rules. Hotel language is german and english, but anyone of the crew spoke zero words of english. I tried to solve this problem after I came from skiing. No one from the crew in hotel, service phone number from clock 8 to 19, no one answer. Several calls. At the last day, I finally contacted someone. I was doing checkout when woman added now 70 euros to the deal price. I said I wont pay that and I will contact. After almost 1 hour, I had to pay this 70 euros, cause we were already late and said I will reclamate this later. This was more expensive than most expensive room in hotel. 2 more things. Shower was unable to use, floor sewer didnt work, it was floating and we noticed it right away before using shower more. I removed the hair and plastic from the sewer, but didnt work. I would say this problem too for the crew, but no one available. We went to the Huben to get shower to my friends accomodation. 42 kilometers total. Without my friend, this would be bigger problem. One reason, I was choosing this hotel was sauna for the extra cost. This didnt happen either, cause could contanct anyone during our accomodation.

Some rooms have old beds, a couple of rooms are redecorated and have better ones. We needed to wait 1 hour on the bill. They had to hand type each bill per room, we were waiting with 6 rooms on the bill and it was like a bingo whose bill was finished first. Update 25-01: I just had a voicemail from the owner regarding this review and got insulted, so I decreased my review rate even further. To further explain the situation and reason of this bad review. The foto's of the beds for a 3 person bedroom are looking far better than the room and bed we got which was in a poor condition. Then in the morning, just before breakfast, I asked to get the bill already because we wanted to ski early in Solden, but that was refused by the host. After breakfast we have waited at the reception from 7:50 and eventually leaved at 8:45.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff went out of their way to get a few foods for someone with allergies to milk.

Beds were dirty- had hairs and stains on sheets. Bathroom was moldy. No staff present for checkin or issues during the evening. Just a key and note left on desk. Photos looked much better than reality.

Location was fine, within 5 mins of center and quiet. Communication prior to stay was good.
