Asked for some ice for my mug at breakfast, was given some, went to get some iced water out the drink machine to top it up and was abruptly told to go to the sink an use the tap............... I did appreciate the ice given. Room was booked as budget, something I didn't realise, an oh yes it was budget. Smallest room possible tucked in the attic with a single bed. Trust me one night is enough there so be aware of what you book! The room was very hot so had to leave balcony door open all night.

Booking in was easy the lady on reception was very nice and helpful. The hotel in an excellent location and very easy to find. There was very little noise at night from roads etc. Breakfast was good, a very good variety of foods available and well laid out with a decent sized comfortable dining room. No bar but drinks are available from reception at a very reasonable price. There is no restaurant available at this hotel but believe me Mayrhoffen is not short of places to eat that are well within walking distance of the hotel. Decent amount of parking available. Plenty of places available to sit in the garden. Nice swimming pool set at a good temperature that was clean and well lit. Very appreciated after a day on the road. Reasonable size bathroom. The room had the use of shared balcony.

Some men talking in beer garden outside and voices carried a bit. But not horrendous and they stopped after dark. Very small point.

Just switching off lights in spa without warning in the evening. Unexpected - a simple word would help.

Good, rich breakfast. Pleasant staff. Bike storage. Very good spa section - warm water swimming pool till 20:30, 3 different saunas. Excellent surroundings for hiking, bike riding or just walking around. I would go there again.

Everything was perfect except missing items in breakfast.If you came late to breakfast the buffet was not full with all variety.

Squeaky floors, no soundproofing, you could hear people walking on the floor above you and all the sounds from the corridor. People smoked on the shared balcony, so you could smell that in the room. The room itself very small. Pillows and mattresses too soft.

Small room with no views, and old fashioned bathroom without amenities, but it was ok.

You have access to the saunas, the relaxing area and swimmingpool, which are really cool. Free parking area just in front of the hotel. Very good breakfast.

1.Not that important for us as it didn't affected our plans but may be useful for someone. This is the first time in my experience when we used laundry service somewhere and in return we got the wet clothes. Usually, if someone charges 10 euros for the laundry then at least they can dry the clothes as well. 2. Staff was okish and in general we didn't felt welcome there. As, I said all okay for the given price but I might not book this property again

Nice location as the property is near to the train station and well suited for those who would like to catch early morning buses to go for hikes in the region. All good for the given price.

Be good to have a ‘ do not disturb’ option to stop unannounced cleaners just suddenly walking in at 9:00am. I was half undressed when this happened. I found the single bed was too short, even thought I am only 5 foot 6 inches tall.

The pension itself was quite normal but all correct. For the price nothing to complain. With nice terrace to enjoy some rest after hiking. The great thing is access to swimming pool and sauna in their connected hotel. The breakfast was also very nice.

We get a room in the separate building next to the petrol station. Over there there's a bar in front of your windows.. The room itself was worn and you felt humidity. There were issues with closing the windows, stuff helped with one, another..is nailed to the frame ;)
