We had a wonderful stay here as a family with four children. The apartment was perfectly clean, the view was beautiful, and the host was very kind and welcoming. It was a great place to relax, and we truly enjoyed our time. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and peace! What we liked: the apartment was very clean, the view was stunning, and the host was exceptionally kind and welcoming.

A great authentic location right in the heart of Kaprun. The guesthouse is owned and run by the Lachmayr Family, who are on-site. It was easy check-in and quick check-in, the room was comfortable and spacious enough (I had the one-bed bedroom with a private bathroom. What sold me on this property was the free parking at the rear of the property.

A minor problem, which wouldn't stop me booking again, the floorboards in the bedroom were creaky, which is probably typical for these old Austrian wooden properties, but I was conscious of disturbing people when I walked across the bedroom floor. First World problems ;) A toaster in the breakfast room would be a bonus.

The accomodation is located in the the center of Kaprun and has sufficient parking space. We benefited from the summer card that we received for the duration of our stay. The bustop to Zell am See or Kitzsteinhorn lift was just a few steps away as well as the Maiskogel lift. Provided breakfast is simple but sufficient. The room was clean and cleaned everyday!

The accomodation is in the center with frequent traffic, so you are informed.

Thanks for a lovely stay. Very close to ski lift. Great to have a communal lounge and toys. Good, varied breakfast.

Amazing location, super friendly host

Location was excellent. Family room very spacious. Shower good.

Bed mattress old and too soft. Pillows had no substance at all.

Perfect location close to restaurants and the main ski lift. They also have a nice sauna.

Close to the cable car, clean, parking behind the building, decent breakfast included.

The interior is a bit outdated. The manager is nice, but she does not speak English (which sometimes makes communication difficult). I might prefer to prepare breakfast myself without the manager who owns the pension.

My last Minute booking was accepted, which was very nice. The room was small, but clean and has everything you need and the place is very central. Breakfast is the typical Buffet style With a cozy dining room and a very wide range of teas. Additionally, upon checkout my car Battery was dead and the hotel owners spent quite a bit of time and effort to help me out. Thanks again!

This was a lovely stay! Very sweet hosts and such a nice breakfast! My partner and I have never had such good tea. Thank you! The room had a balcony with mountain view and the room was nice and cleaned every day. The location is great right in the middle of the town with the restaurants, the supermarket and bus stop right outside and the nice river coming down. Short walk to the museum and good recommendations from the hosts for hikes and great sights. Also got the summer card which allowed us to access everything for free (including the buses) or with a good discount. Looks very pretty too. We really enjoyed our stay!
