The wc had bad small because the hole in wc was on the wrong side and no strong ventilation in wc.

Nice and quiet location in a pristine neighbourhood. Beautiful view of the Pinzgau. Excellent breakfast. Very nice hosts. Comfortable bed and bed sheets. Lots of attractions in the area.

I liked it all.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms good breakfast. Very nice owners. I'd stay here again. Also car parking is under cover which is good for winter. Breakfast was very good.

Pension Kristall is a hidden gem in Bramberg. The location to the gondola and town center are excellent. The easy-going familiar atmosphere at the B&B really gave it the feeling of „coming home“ after a day skiing.

Petra was a kind, informative host, and provided help in any way possible. She kindly provided transportation to and from Bramberg Steinach station for me and my heavy ski bags as the localbahn track was closed. The room was warm & comfortable, and staff friendly and efficient. Free coffee was provided post skiing, together with a hearty breakfast each day. She also provided a wealth of information on local tourist sites. Bramberg museum is worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Nothing, as everything was just lovely!

It was our second visit here, and it just felt like home, again. Lovely and extremely helpful hosts, traditional Austrian athmosphere in the whole pension, varied and rich breakfast, amazing view from the tidy and cosy room, and last, but not least the walking distance to the Smaragbahn lift also had an added value for us.

There was nothing we did not like

Petra, you are truly a great host! All of us felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. We were quite early but, checking in was no problem, the room was ready anyway. Last minute my daughter decided to join my son and me. Thanks to you this was made possible and my daughter was given a small room for herself. What a luxury for a twelve year old. We had a huge balcony and wonderful views. Room is cozy, warm and very clean. Every morning the room was cleaned and made tidy. Breakfast was delicious and elaborate. Different kinds of bread rolls, local delicacies like home made cheeses. There were cold cuts, juices, fresh fruit and on top of that, eggs any style. Because of work I stay in hotels every week but, Pension Kristall’s soft boiled eggs are the best and were cooked to perfection every morning. What a joy it was. My son does not have a lot of appetite in the morning. It was no problem to take two bread rolls up the mountain, thank you for that. In the evening there was a very enjoyable atmosphere in the breakfast room where guests were welcome to have their own snacks and drinks or buy a beer or lemonade from the fridge. There was also a communal fridge for guests. One more thing, when checking out, do not forget to buy a bottle of home made snapps. Petra, thanks for your advice how to drive back to Amsterdam and how to avoid possible problems because of the snow storm. You and your staff made our stay wonderful and we have great memories. As I am sure I must written last time I stayed here - everything! Under cover for the moto, warm welcome, clean comfortable and daily serviced room with great balcony, local info. and tea/coffee always available: and as for the truly magnificent breakfasts....Excellent value for money. Plus the great location and the free Summercard: I hope to return yet again. Thank you for everything!

The ventilation in the bathroom was weak. There was a light smell of drain when we arrived, but it got better after ventilating the room.

Comfortable bed and room. Balcony with wonderful views of the mountains. Breakfast included. Parking available for cars (and my motorbike). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location to discover the magic surroundings (by motorbike in my case). Everything was great!!
