United KingdomLiked the breakfast, it was very typical same as in many Austrian pensions however, if I stayed there for more nights (only stayed 2) I would probably get bored with it.
Ridiculously close to town center and ski bus stops. There is everything available within 2 minutes walk; shops, pharmacy, atms, restaurants and bars. The room it self was basic but very clean and specious. Ski room was big enough and it had a table so I could wax the boards.

Very friendly staff, fresh and good breakfasts , sauna available all evenings, near guesthouse some restaurants and nice small town with beautiful view on the mountains. By ski-bus 30min drive to the glacier. Thank You for nice time in Kristall !

Czech RepublicIt could be a bit noisy in the morning because of the road nearby. Not the hotel's fault though - I just like sleeping with windows wide open, so I always bring earplugs with me.
I didn't expect a lot because of the price but that place turned out to be great. It's not a luxurious 5 star hotel but it provides all that's needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is basic but still good if you need to fuel up before skiing (eggs, bread, cheese, ham, cereals etc), the room was clean and cosy. For my solo-traveller room the toilet/shower was like 3 metres away from the main room but that's wasn't a big deal - it's still only yours for the time of stay and accessible with the key you're given.

AustraliaPaying cash. Thought due to Booking.com that payment would be organised through this. They asked for cash. Rate was reduced but had to go to local atm to get to cash on checkout.
Great location and size. We are family of 6 - 2 x adults, 4 x kids aged 8 to 13. Bus to Stubai Glacier within 50 to 100m. Ski Rental next door convenient and friendly service. Plenty of space for everyone.

FinlandThe kitchen was fairly small for our group of 6 persons. One bathroom was under renovation.
Very central location in the middle of the town, all services nearby (grocery stores, restaurants, ski bus stop), the penthouse apartment had spacious rooms, own wide balcony with a view to Stubai glacier. The place has a small sauna and a ski room in the basement, which you will appreciate, when you come to ski here in the winter.

United KingdomBreakfast was too repetitive, not much of a selection, same every day. Pretty boring to be honest. And I was asked to pay cash at 0700 on a Saturday morning just before I was leaving which was extremely unhelpful.
Clean and tidy, location was good, comfortable and warm.
