A fantastic last minute booking, we did half board and had a lovely evening meal. All the food was great, the breakfast was amazing. The staff were really welcoming and spoke very good English. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great.

I was a bit disappointed with a bufet breakfast, which is not included in the price. For 15 EUR (based on my experience in the area) I expected a bit more variety, hoping for some scrambled eggs and bacon. There was boiled eggs and some sausages instead, so fine!

The location is nice, the staff was great, and the accommodation nice, clean and comfy.

It would be good to know what the evening menu is each night so you know what to pick for lunch Our Room was really small and the shower was very weak but others in our party had good size rooms and the showers were fine Where the hotel was full the dining area was extremely tight to move around. Need different knives for breakfast room as dinner ones are too sharp

A large room with a view of the mountains, there is an excellent buffet in the morning and in the evening. The hotel team (Lily and Ruby) are lovely people, they recommended me places to travel and gave me the best service, thank you!! I will definitely be back soon

The toilet in the room was not clean upon arrival. It was difficult to communicate with staff, because English language skills are limited, and German is not spoken at all. They are unaware of their legal obligation to issue the Guest Mobility ticket for Salzburg public transport, which they don’t provide even upon request.

It has potential: the entire house looks like it’s newly renovated, with a very cozy atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable and quiet.

Lunch and dinner was the grand disappointment. We paid the premium for the half board (compared to other options with breakfast only) and were expecting a decent food. The variety of food was greatly limited with healthy options hard to find or non-existent. The usual meal consisted of deep fried or roasted food with plenty of oil applied (cheese- or chicken nuggets from a supermarket). There were days when the primary dish were sausages, for both the breakfast and dinner in the row. Boiled rice was available only once during our 10nights stay. In other days there were fried potatoes or French fries. No veggie in the evening. I must mention however that fresh fruit was always available in the morning and in request in the evening. There was also natural yoghurt in the morning. Another complaint is that the food was very tersely labeled, an issue for someone who is allergens-conscious and doesn’t consume pork. Morning coffee options consisted of espresso and lungo from a machine which was decent enough. However if you are after milky options, such as cappuccino, you were out of luck. There weren’t even hot or warm milk available. Another issue was that the breakfast started at 8am, so catching the first ski-lift (8:30) was not possible. In the beginning we were given a room that didn’t match a room description - very small double bed (130-140 cm) and no table. After arguing we got a good room. The hotel saves money on heating. In the ski boot storage closet it is not warm enough for the boots to dry. Quite cold in the room during the day (the radiators were off).

The hotel was recently renovated and rooms are top notch. The personnel is very welcoming, kind and going great lengths to accommodate the guests. The room was very clean and decent. Enough parking spaces. Fruits were anlways available in the morning and in the evening by request. We really enjoyed comfy bed and renewed room facilities. On the 1st floor fancy table football was available :)

We stayed for NYE and they prepped a nice dinner (buffet) and some bubbly for the guests after dinner at midnight. That was a nice touch. The music however was not fitting at all, as we sat through Après-Ski music during dinner, which regularly was interrupted by ads.

The staff was friendly and kind. Food was solid, nothing special. The distance to the lifts is a little far, but the pension is located in a quiet neighborhood.
