It's rather a personal issue due to my hight, but I do not enjoy enclosed bed (heads on both sides) so much. Small people or people used to it will find absolutely no issue at all :)

Great location, just on the bus/skibus stop. Close to the center of Kaprun. Very friendly owners, great breakfast. All in all great experience.

There was nothing to fault with the hotel. The Sauna was temporarily out of service but my family had no intention of using the sauna so this was not at all a problem.

Outstanding value for money. This hotel far exceeded expectations. Owner|Manager was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is ideally located in the town with restaurants and ski rental a very short walk in either direction. The ski bus stops directly at the hotel, 0m away. Great breakfast, good selection and regularly topped up to cater for the hungrier guests.

Very friendly hosts, room was great as well as the breakfast. Bus stop is in front of the hotel, which takes you to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in ~8 minutes. Perfect for a couple of days of skiing.

The first day when we arrived the heating was turned off and both rooms were cold. In one of the rooms we easily turned on but in second we had trouble to do it. I have called the owner (about 7 pm) but no one answer the phone. This made bad the first impression. After several attempts we succeed in the turn on the heating in the second room.

The great location, near to central square, in the front of the hotel is bus station for both ski points. It's good value for money. There is also free parking place.

The Pension has no elevator, was a little bit difficult to carry the luggage up to the third floor.

Excellent location,right in the middle of the town. Breakfast good, staff very friendly. Very good heating of the room, bathroom ok. also balcony. Nice view from the room, you could see the mountains and the stream. Bus station for ski resorts just outside the pension, in both ways.

Having a kettle in the room would have been a bonus so that we could make a cup of tea however it wasn’t a massive problem as we could ask for hot water at the reception : )

We had the most lovely time! Brigitte and her husband were the most wonderful hosts and incredibly helpful. We felt very looked after. Our room had a balcony overlooking at the river, which we found really relaxing. The location was within a walking distance from everything. The little sauna / spa area was a great touch and relaxing after a day spent on the slopes. Breakfast was great.

The bathroom smelt of sewer. The sauna is not open on Tuesday and Friday, of course we wanted to use it on Tuesday...

Very good value for money. The furniture is a bit rustic but practical and the bed was pretty comfortable. The check-in was done in 30 seconds, and the hotel is located closed to the center (shops and restaurants).
