The facility is old as expected however a few suggested improvements would be welcomed. For example, basic coffee/tea supplies were provided in the hallway however we realised that milk was own responsibility even though it is a common room shared fridge. Milk supplied would be an improvement. Beds were very low and separated during the night. The bathroom is very small.

Location was great for transport or walking to central areas.. Check-in information was clear. Room size overall was good.

It is very hard to find the room because it is at the 2nd floor of old building. The sign is very small at the door to recognize. No elevator. The door of bathroom need to repair

The room was freezing when we first arrived but was warm after that. There are several notices in the room which didn't leave a good impression, such as that there are only 100 litres of hot water available per shower (not a problem in the end but it makes you worried), additional towels are 1 euro per towel, and the heating goes off after an hour and has to be reset for every additional hour (though thankfully this turned out not to be the case). The room is fine for sleeping in but not a place you would want to spend a lot of time in.

Excellent location, close to the city centre. Beds were comfortable, with feather duvets. Kettle, coffee, mugs, sugar, fridge and microwave were available in the communal area. The room was very clean.

The shower door doesn’t stay closed (but a minor issue). Neighbors constantly stole the hot water electric boiler into their room, but I guess that few people will be this rude…

Excellent location close to trams. Good sized room with all you could want for a short stay. Although no reception communication prior to arrival made for easy check in. Good share kitchen facilities with crockery, cutlery, fridge and microwave.

Bathroom is a little narrow, even for Asians like us!

An old-school, clean and comfortable apartment that is fantastic value for money. The lady taking care of the place allowed us to place our bags there after checking out, and actually passed us her own keys so we could reenter to retrieve them. The apartment is set back from the ring road by just a few streets, so the tram stops are not far away.

Staircases to 2nd floor, room flooring is old.

Spacious room with comfy bed and there is shared fridge, coffee maker, microwave at the hallway. One lady staff is very friendly.

Great location!! Close to metro station and very near to most of the attractions. Room was good size and clean. Just that there was no elevator to the room. But otherwise everything was reasonably available in the room including the mini fridge, microwave and toaster. All together good option!!

We have to carry 3 big luggages to first floor pass 3 big stairs (upstairs because the building in Vienna so huge only ground for keep cycling first floor is on . So ,suitable for only backpacker or spend trip not so long like us. )
