We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandThe localisation is quite remote from Wien. But that's not an issue if you are traveling by car or if the owner gives you a lift to the tram terminus (thank you so much for that) Also la k of a trash can in the room was inconvenient
The owner is super nice and even though he doesn't know English we managed to communicate with the homeopathic amounts of German I know All the facilities worked And the price is a steal for Wien

Czech Republicthe accommodation was in a terrible condition, dirty, there was a door in the room that led to the boiler room. the bathroom was dirty, we didn't even wash in the shower. The sink also spinave. the accommodation on the site guarantees the possibility of payment by card, that's okay. We didn't have all the things that should have been there at the accommodation. The only clean thing was the bed.

GermanyWell, there is no window in a room and no door to the toilet. Located in a basement. Bare wires in a wall socket. When we try to use provided electric stove the protection fuse was blown.
Cool LED backlight. Original design with loft elements. Feel yourself like in a cave. That was an adventure!
