The staff was very helpfull, and helped us during stay with our requests. We did enjoy the sauna that needs to be booked in advance. Everything was clean and the surrounding was quiet. We did really enjoy local products for breakfast such as milk, yoghurts, ...

Breakfest was amazing! Always fresh bread (many kinds), delicious tea, soft boiled eggs, everything bio, from local suppliers. Breakfast restaurant with fantastic atmosphere. Super nice stuff. Bed was very comfiortable. Room cleaned everyday. View from balcony - stunning! Perfect locations!

We had a fantastic stay at Eschenhof. The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The sauna was a real highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in it. Overall, the pension exceeded our expectations. I would especially like to commend the host for her exceptional hospitality – she was the kindest person I've met in Austria.

It was totally low season, but they made our stay great an cozy. Very easy and fast check-in. Nice balcony view. Cozy room with enough space and fully equipped bathroom. Very tasty, delicious breakfast. And the best thing - wide range of leaf tea and huge cozy tea mugs with covers)))) We really loved the place.

Alle is good - handy drive to all sorts of things to do in the region

It was nicely done and mostly all up to date - the rooms were spotlessly clean and beds and linen comfortable - plentiful free parking at the front door and staff certainly available but leave you to it in a nice way of not needed. The breakfast was lovely and just perfect amount - chilling the juices would be our only suggestion - the the coffee was excellent which is not a given in Austria. The honesty bar was a lovely addition for the evenings - thank you very much to the owners and the staff - we would love to come back some day - best wishes with the business ! The hotel having the Zell / Kaprun Card is AMAZING by the way - this is a big plus booking a hotel that has it - free into the Lido beaches at Zell - free up the cable cars to the Top Of Salzburg and Krimmel falls -think we saved about 160 euro overall 🤩

It was not a big deal, but the website to do the Check-in did not work properly several times. It happen about the filtering that booking.com has on the chats between Host and Guesses.

Stefan and Stefanie are kind hosts and will do everything to make your stay at the hotel great. They are almost 24/7 on call or texting, caring for your check in and out. The check in time is amazing and the property, the Pension, is so good too. Sauna, bed, services, breakfast, all, all was excellent and good rate price and quality. Thank you Dear Stefan.
