Everything - beautifully decorated large room and although we didn’t have a balcony the room had a lovely view and we had the use of the balcony and outside area - host was very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and we had the use of town bikes for nothing.

It was an amazing experience. The location of the hotel is great and very close to the lifts. We had a very beautiful view from the room to the lake and the mountains! The breakfast was good, and the room was very clean! Everything was perfect. Claudia is such a friendly person, and was always there for us. We are looking forward to visit this place again!!!

I liked everything :) Great location, lovely and very clean room, tasty breakfast and coffee. Loved having the oportunity to have breakfast outside on the terrace and look at the amazing mountains. The owner was great. You can tell she loves the place and takes care of it. I had a great time staying in Pension Claudia.

I really appreciated that the host spoke English and she explained in details things we could see around, so…we could enjoy a lot our stay.

The sound proof of the room wasn’t great but I suppose you expect that from an older house . Also there were no shampoo so bare in mind to bring some

Very very clean. Nice new furniture that fit the style of the house. The host was super lovely . The location is great, 6’ with car from the center of zell am see. We had the small room and the price might seem a bit high but considering what it offers and the rest of the prices at the area I though it was more that good. Also we had breakfast included. Nothing spectacular, but it was exactly what you need before a day with activities.

As others have said, this is a really beautiful renovated Pension, and there's lots of care and attention gone into the furnishings and fittings. It was super clean, and really cosy and very, very quiet. We had an outlook over the lake, which we never tired of. Great view of the New Year's Eve fireworks too! We used the sauna one evening which was lovely. Really nice, healthy breakfast too.

Pillows were flat (but not too uncommon for Europe, I've gathered). She did accommodate us and brought us extra pillows, though :)

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The room and view were gorgeous. Comfortable bed. Great location. Breakfast was pretty good.

Our room was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view of the lake! Claudia was super friendly, and her breakfast was delicious. We walked down to the lake each day for a swim, and borrowed some of Claudia’s bikes for a ride around to Zell am See. We had a fabulous stay.

Every was lovely. We liked everything!! We would asked that nothing be changed for our stay.

Our stay was pleasant, and wished we could have stayed 1 more night as the area surprised us at how lovely Zell Am See actually is. Claudia was helpful, especially when we arrived late. She made sure everything was waiting for us. Would highly recommend the lovely find and if we are ever again in Zell Am See, we will book for a longer stay well in advance to make sure we are able to stay at Pension Claudia.

Claudia is very nice and friendy, the apartment is modern and stylish, with a great location. Crystal clear and clean windows I’ve never seen before, witha great view to the mountains.

The room was very nice and cozy, bed was really good. The balcony was great with table and chairs, and the view was amazing. Breakfast was outstanding! Healthy options, large variety of everything. Huge plus for the opportunity of borrowing bicycles for free. You get to see so much more with bikes than just walking. There is so much to see and do in Zell am See, and this accommodation is at an excellent location for everything. Free parking right in front of the building. Quiet rooms for sleeping.

Everything turned out better than expected, even though we have been travelling extensively in the world. The lake view from the balcony was breathtaking. What struck us most was the remarkable hostess. Claudia gave attention to details and treated us like friends and family： Her advice about the drive on the Grossglockner saved us time and money but more importantly helped us avoid the loss of an opportunity. Will return to the same pension should we decide to come back to the area.
