I loved Filzmoos and Haus Bergliebe a lot, I liked everything - the house, the room, the surrounding, the breakfast, how available and helpful Katja, the host was.

If you are looking for genuine and passionate owners who know how to create a friendly atmosphere and pay attention to details, this is the place to choose. The place is dog friendly; I particularly appreciated the tag with a note saying that your four-legged friend is alone in the room and not to be disturbed. Dog treats and poo bags are available too, should you need them. Nice touches. The place is spotless and nicely decorated.There are a lot of things, like high chairs, toys, and games that may make yours and your kids stay more pleasant. The food for breakfast is fresh, local, and tasty, and the owner is always available to assist you with whatever you need. You can help yourself to cold bevareges from the fridge and some snacks for a reasonable price. It is not a very big house, but very cozy and it is perfectly located in a peaceful and quiet place, yet still close to many attractions in the area. Comfy beds, big bathroom.

We loved the amazing breakfast that Katja prepared every morning. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Katja also had great recommendations for walks and also skiing. We had the loveliest time at Haus Bergliebe.

Unfortunately, our room didn't have a fridge, but we could use the dining room's.

Our host was the greatest we could have imagined, and the accommodation was clean, spacious, and comfortable for the two of us. Katja was really kind, made a delicious breakfast every morning, and complied with our needs regarding gluten avoidance. The surroundings were serene, peaceful, and very near to nature.

The apartment was big but considering having lots of furniture, it was squeezy for a couple with 2 luggages. I understand about not wearing ski boots and hiking boots into the apartment but quite unsure about normal daily shoes, whether it’s allowed to be worn into the apartment otherwise, it’s quite uncomfortable to walk around in socks throughout the apartment

the room that we chose could have been bigger but that is more down to us choosing the wrong one.

Katja was super polite and helpful. The location of the place is amazing and even though we arrived late, all instructions were at the door when we arrived. the place is really warm and hugs you like hot chocolate on a cold austrian morning. the breakfast is really well spread out.

Very well located, cute little accommodation. A perfect base for hiking, but if you fancy a drive, there's plenty to see within a 50 km radius. Not that the Filzmoos Valley and the beautiful mountain ranges surrounding it are not enough. And then there is the incredible kindness of the host, Katja. He was always smiling, gave us lots of useful tips about hiking, sightseeing and generally had a great chat. We were there with our dog Bentley, she gave him treats and even gave us a muzzle while we were there. Oh, and let's not forget the breakfast she prepared at the beginning of each day! It really was everything a person could wish for. There were also several homemade products. I also find it worth mentioning that our room always looked renewed when we came back from breakfast. Many times my partner and I couldn't understand how Katja could clean the room so nicely, while she was often talking to us at breakfast! 😅 I could write more after a week of staying there, but I can only say good things, I think! ☺️

There was honestly nothing I didn’t like about this stay.

The room was very cozy and comfortable! The Filzmoos Tourist card that was included in the price allowed us to use the cable car up the mountain and ride in the ALMI (big tractor with a trailer). The breakfast was excellent with many different options.

We are totally in love with this accommodation. House is little bit far if you want go to the main ferratas but the surroundings are also beautiful. Katja was supernice person and she gave us everything what we need. She has free better and larger room and she uprade our reservation for free. Breakfasts on the terrace were also perfect. We totally recomend this place a we hope that we will come back again.

Everything was perfect! Katya is all you need to have: good host, with very good knowledge on what/when you have to do in this part of Stiria. She is also a beautiful and warm person. The pension is like in the book:cozy, clean, well equiped, practical.
