I'd say breakfast quality could be improved a bit, e.g. some berries were moldy, would be good to look for that. Otherwise, all good!

Good, clearn room. Not very spacious, but it was enough. The view over the town was nice. Parking available and very close to the Grossglockner strasse. They even thought of locks in the windows for kids safety - VERY appreciated, as hotels rarely think about kids at all. Breakfast was fine.

Very polite and friendly host , we informed the host that we would be arriving late, and he literally left us the key on the appointment door and sent us a picture. Wonderful breakfast, clean, comfortable and modern apartment room specious enough for two adults and 3 children. Love Heiligenblut and highly recommend Pension Bergkristall.

It may be adventurous in winter to access by car as the street is quite steep with a U-turn just before the parking.

The pension is right in the centre of Heiligenblut, but is divided by one row of buildings from the main street. We, a family with four children, really enjoyed the spacious apartment, which even had a sauna in the bathroom. Very clean and cosy with attention to detail. Materials used for the furniture were massive oak wood, which gave it a high-value feel. Breakfast was served upstairs, in a very cosy eatery, with a wide choice of local products, juices and fruits, and the richest variety of tea offered I have ever seen in a hotel. The hosts were very kind. Magnificent view of the Grossglockner directly in front of the pension. Conveniently located.

Splendid choice of breakfast. Options to choose from different varities specially for those who are health conscious. Parking facility just infront of the door. The house lies just at a stones through from the city centre and next to the cable car. Very convenient. A very nice/fantastic bathroom with a modern Sauna. Fantastic owner/staff, very helpful/coordial, easy going and knowledgable.

My third visit to this accommodation Located in a lovely town with great views and nature around, very nice rooms the place was renovated with great design the kitchen is nice with all accessories you need, bathroom and sauna nice as well host is very friendly and willing to answer any question or need you might have.

The location was perfect. We had a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Also, we could walk to an excellent restaurant for dinner. Großglockner Road was a 23 minute drive. The breakfast was outstanding. The yogurt and cereal offering included around 10 different options like various kinds of nuts and fruits. There were different types of meats, cheeses, vegetables, breads, and eggs. To go with the bread was several homemade jams. An espresso machine dispensed 5 types of coffee and steam milk. Teas and juices were also available. The owners were kind and friendly. I would stay here again.

Pension Bergkrista is a quaint comfortable property in Helingblut. We got a large room with a small kitchen ( which we didn't use) and what looked like a sauna! We could easily walk everywhere and the chair lift is right next door. Breakfast was decent and the owner was delightful to chat with.

The location is great, and having an EV charging station on the premises was fantastic. It is very close to Grossglockner. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. I want to recommend this property.
