The room was very clean, actually brand new. The bathroom as well, even the balcony was very clean! The pension is located in a quiet neigborhood of Kaprun, it was perfect for us. The breakfast was continental, but the lady will boil or fry eggs, as you wish. All the food was excelllent quality! They provide the Summer card, it was a big help with the nearby attractions.

A little fridge in the room would have been helpful, but we survived without it.

Few meters from the trails up the hills. 10 min. walk to the city center. Convenient parking. Nice and friendly host.

I would use earlier breakfast but considering I was the only one there at 8am, maybe I'm exception.

Located within a short walking distance of town higher up with a view, own parking space, easily accessible ski storage. Friendly hostess.

Our bathroom was like walking into the 1970s - time for refurbishment. Otherwise very rustic and simply used up. Breakfast basic no frills but sufficient. Reception closes at 8pm.

Property is very Clean .Located not far from the Skipiste ,10 minutes walking. Breakfast ist simple but you have exactly what you need ..

The accommodation was great. Very nice lady owner. The rooms are clean, equipped, from the balcony we had an amazing view of the mountains. Breakfast was a cold buffet. The rooms were cleaned every day, which was a pleasant surprise. Part of the pension is also a room for storing skis in the building. Free parking at the guesthouse. A short walk from the slopes and lifts. There is a ski bus stop below the guesthouse. The centre is a 15-minute walk away. In a quiet location. We will definitely be happy to visit again and highly recommend the guesthouse.

Very nice accommodation, good view, ski room, free and safe parking, close to the center. Kind lady taking care about you. She does not speak English perfectly, but still smiling and able to solve any of your request, at the end everybody will understand. Nice breakfast. Will come back next year of course

Really nice people. They have passion for their work and will do everything to make their guests feel at home. Breakfast was good. Everything you need. The pension and the rooms were really clean. Didn't spot any dust or something. Good price for quality

Was all good but could have done with clearer instructions about how to get the keys from the owner as there wasn’t a main reception area

The property is clean and neat, everything you need is there. The lady owner is very nice and I loved having conversations with her.
