Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

QatarBreakfast was boring and mediocre at best, very far below expectations. I haven't seen such dry, awful scrambled eggs ever in my life. Coffee was instant coffee, absolutely disgusting. The milk was UHT, not fresh - despit being in the Austrian back country. Rooms were dull and empty. Empty walls, no decorations, no paintings, nothing but sad echoes. No wall safe, no shelf for your shower gel, no carpets, no room for your damned clothes either. Only one small sorry excuse of a wardrobe, insufficient for two for a week. Uneven flooring, and literally dangerous transitions between the flooring materials between the tiny hallway and the room and between the room and the bathroom. All floors are in different elevations, without any protection to your feet and toes. Two of my family members had hurt themselves while walking from one room to the hallway. So much more to say on the negative side. No cleaning in any of the rooms during our entire stay. How's that even remotely possible? Now, the noises. Two different bathrooms (different guests, mind you) are directly connected through the air ducts. You can hear literally everything some stranger is doing through the ducts on the other side of the wall. The whole thing is just unacceptable for the money. Yes the hotel is cheaper than some others but the value for the price is horrendous.
Location was nice, and despite the hotel being at the very bottom of the valley, the view from the room with a balcony was nice as well. The staff at the reception were nice, friendly and accommodating.
