The weather was quite bad for July.

Walter, the owner is a lovely host. Always friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge on the area. Also Elisabeth, the staff, was extremely attentive and kind. If you needed anything, they would organize it for you. Our little Appartment was exceptional stylish and functional. The beds were very comfortable. We had a super bathroom and a high spec kitchen. Every detail was thought through. Next time I would choose the bigger apartment though. If you are not doing much indoors this size is fine, but if you have a yoga practice like me, you want a bit of floor space. I did my Yoga in the bathroom, which worked too.

Host was very kind and helpful, outstanding breakfast with a lot of choices and, more important, high quality products. The room was clean, comfortable and very well furnished, with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay and certainly return. Last but not last the position is great, very close to the slopes but in a quiet and panoramic location. I certainly recommend It!

Nothing- everything was great!

Excellent location (50m from ski slope), very friendly and extremely helpful hosts (gave us tips and guidance on skiing, renting equipment, good restaurants, etc…), clean and spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen that has everything you may need, excellent breakfast each morning for a reasonable price. We will definitely come back.

The staff is extra kind, its clean, comfortable and very close to the trail. I highly recommend it if u want to ski on bad kleinkirchem. Most definitely gonna come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The accommodation was excellent—everything was perfectly clean, and the host was amazing. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the dishwasher. The location is fantastic, right next to the ski slope. The only small suggestion would be to add kitchen towel and an oven mitt. We would definitely love to come back!

The stay was too short

The place is fantastic. Rooms are big enough with the balcony and with a beautiful view. The breakfast is served on a tarrace (that is amazing). The owner is an amazing man willing to help you all the time. The pension offers the Kärnten Card what is a great bonus because with the card many atractions like cable cars, mountains roads , museum , swimming pools and others are free. Thank you for making our holidays unforgettable

The toilet doesn't have window, but there is a fan. Probably, for my personal opinion, the furniture is abundant and we temporarily stored a couple of chairs and a small table on the balcony

The pension is perfectly managed by the owner, who prepare a perfect, local, amazing breakfast on daily basis. No restaurant available, but they can suggest many alternatives and choices in a very convenient driving distance. In addition we also got very good recommendation about ski rental and details about the ski area. We also got very good advices about the thermal baths and spa The room we got had 2 balconies and a very comfortable bed

The owner of the place is a really nice person, very friendly and always ready to help. The property is very closed to the ski slope, the nearest slope and lift (with connections to the whole ski area) can be reached in 2-3 minutes by walking. The breakfast was excellent (both quality and service), cleanliness is impeccable. Nice, clean and spacious room and a balcony with a fantastic view. We certainly would like to be their guest again.

Mr. Walt the owner of the place is one extraordinary person! Helpful, patient, always available and ready to help. The apartments are on the ski slope itself. Although there was no snow during that period, the slop can be reached in a minute by walking. Impeccable breakfast, excellent service, cleanliness at an enviable level. We will certainly be their guests again.
