We weren't entirely lucky with our room; we had a view of the wall of the hotel opposite, and the third bed didn't have a bedside table with a lamp. Otherwise, it was clean and just right for a 3-day stay.

We were super lucky as we got free lift and swimming pool tickets. Overall really cozy and modern rooms. Parking across the street. Pet friendly place where our dog was really welcomed and staff was amazing/super helpful and kind. Overall, really great place and we will definitely come back.

Not great food choice at breakfast although tasty and different choice each morning. Breakfast bar located in entrance hall so little awekward but sitting area very nice.

Can't really complain about anything.

The staff was great and very helpful. I had a small room that matched what I was expecting. Breakfast isn't the biggest but there's enough variation for everyone to get their stomachs full. They also have a sauna on request that was super nice and it's free to use when you want to (I was there in july and seemed to be the only one using it). The bike and sports gear storage was great for my mountain bike. The location is pretty good with just a few minutes walk to Saalbach city center and gondolas. There's also a bus station almost right up front with a bus going frequently between Zell am See, Saalbach and Hinterglemm. All in all a pleasant stay with no problems.

a little far away from town and ski lifts but to be expected. also their parking is very far away. temperature in room was very low and bed was not super comfortable. hard to sleep.

We come around 19:00, so we were not so late and we were trying to be friendly as usual we are. Girl on reception was helpful and very friendly, but that guy was really something. We asked first for sauna and it was said it is only from 5-7pm? what? So we asked if we can have it later because we were looking forward. Answer was NO. So there is no sauna there! ok, next, we asked if we park in front (there was a space). Answer NO. we need to park opposite the street but for free but only until morning, so were thinking that we will pay that rediculous 10eur for 24hrs parking to simplify our one day stay. No, we needed to leave immediately after checkout. Ok, next we asked as people before us which were putting beers in their fridge if we can leave beers in fridge as well, answer No, there was a space but on the second try they allow us that. What? He was cold as hell... In the morning we took 2 cookies for 6eur and he was saying he doesn't have any change! strict, cold as hell again... what? Never more to support this approach! If he is the owner he should hire someone friendly, if not I will fire him immediately. To more negatives, shower was leaking water and doors to it was loose... but that is nothing to this person.... Also there is no restaurant as advertised... :-) funny...

It is quite close to Saalbach center by walk, nice balcony, stylish equipment, modern fresh look. Nice beds. Grohe in bathroom :-). Decent breakfast but probably only good for 1 or 2 days... not so many options. Joker card. Cheap for this stylish room. Clean.
